First time there with my daughter and we had a wonderful experience, the staff and the doctor were really kind and efficient.

Honestly the only decent thing about this place is that they do they glasses while there and you can pick up later. The doctor went against my wishes when I told him to go with WHAT HE KNOWS BEST and gave me a wrong prescription he told me that well I think it would be best for this one lenses but if you see better in here with the other you can have that one and I TOLD HIM NO but he said if they don't work to contact them in 3 weeks and they will redo it for free. That was in probably beginning of OCTOBER and now they want to say well we switched systems and don't have any records or he wrote it down on paper and took it home. They are horrible. Staff eating and addicted to their phones as well. If I could give them negative stars I would

A bit analog in a digital world. Older out of date office with shop worn look. But adequate and attentive.

The wait time is absolutely insane here. If you need contacts go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. Try Vision Savers at Walmart or anywhere else. 1st visit they didn't have the contacts in stock. Then they called to schedule the contact fitting for nearly two months after the original appointment had taken place. I complained and was given a new appointment date for the following day. At this appointment the fitting was done, the doctor saw them in her eyes.Then I was told we had to come back again in two weeks so the doctor can check the fit after she has worn them for a while. I have never had any other doctor do this and have worn contacts daily for over 20 years. This entire time they have held her prescription hostage. They refuse to give it to me saying the doctor has to release it. Ridiculous. Never again

Wonderful staff and Dr! My daughter hurt her eye at school, I called them and explained what happened and was told I could take her up there right then. The ladies were super sweet and Dr Moore took good care of my girl!

My daughter had her first appointment here and we were so disappointed. The front office told us mid visit that our insurance did not cover vision services. I knew this to be wrong so I informed her yes we have pediatric vision coverage I am sure of this. She just continued saying nope without ever attempting to recheck. We left before meeting the Dr. because we were only switching to this office because they accepted our insurance. I immediately contacted our insurance company and did confirm that we do have pediatric vision coverage. Hopefully Dr Moore knows this incompetence of double checking by his staff has cost him money, patients & a bad review. All of this frustration almost made me overlook the staff member smoking at the front door entrance.

He might be an ok doctor, but he was 25 minutes late arriving at the office. The staff appear to be addicted to their phone. Gave a tray of glasses to a special needs child and started playing with her phone, rather assist the child. First patient of the day and her simple eye exam took two full hours.

Poor service ! The Dr was and appeared to be out there. Took my 6 yr old granddaughter in for her eye exam . Was told she needed new prescription . Which I figured .A mouth later took her for her yearly check up .and was told with the glasses she was 20/40 in left eye with glasses and 20/50 in right eye with glasses .What kind of sh-- is that . They are supposed to correct her eyes not make them worst. Now they charged Medicaid God only knows what plus we paid out of pocket another 100.00. Really.
