When I first walked in the receptionist wasn't friendly at all. No customer service at all. When I walked in and was signing in she asked what are you here for? Duh an eye appt was what I was thinking....but I said I have an appt(now mind that she is at the desk farthest from the glass window where I was signing in at) and had to use her outside voice) what's your name? I tell her and she is still sitting there and says oh go ahead and sign in and read the information on the sheet next to the sign in. I read it and she says now you have to sign that you read it, your not going to see your signature but I will, which was what I was attempting to do when I walked in. Then she proceeded to ask me other personal questions as she sat across the room. No personality at all. The nurse that took me back to the room was great. She had great customer service skills and was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The Dr was very thorough and answered all my questions. John who helped me pick out glasses was great. Very thorough and answered all my questions. Great cost service skills. Now when you have to checkout you have to go out into the lobby to discuss all your personal information, your bill etc, Not a fan of that. A different receptionist and the other receptionist was sitting there and the first thing she asked me before she even looked at my chart was do you want to schedule next years eye exam? What no I would like to schedule an appt to do a field test. She then looks at my paper from the Dr and says oh I missed that. Really you did t even look but I didn't say that even though I wanted too. She then proceeded to tell me it would be a month before I could get this test. This when I said no that's not acceptable. We are talking I need this test before we can figure out if I need surgery for my nerve damage or what game plan we need to do. I asked can we see if I can get into Tifton location? No you have to stay with the Dr you were booked with today. What? Really? Then you need to find me an appt earlier than 30 days. Now understand she didn't do that till the other receptionist I spoke with earlier said look here, I would but I am not signed in, what? Still no personality, of let me see what we can do, just that's our policy. If your looking some kind of customer service and privacy don't go there!

The entire office is helpful and professional. Dr Ross is patient and I have full confidence in him. He took the time to explain and to listen.

Front desk staff all very nice. Didn't have to wait long for our appts. Tech that first came in (sorry forgot her name) was very nice. Dr. McDonald explained everything to us, was very thorough and we felt very comfortable. John in the eyeglass store was knowledgeable and very helpful. We will definitely be back next year.

The staff here is very sweet and attentive. They done absolutely amazing. I normally have bad anxiety seeing drs and things but here I was able to feel relaxed as they walked me through every step of my exam. The sweet lady who helped me order my glasses was absolutely top tier! She helped me to pick a color and shape of frames they blended well with my complexion and face shape and also stayed within my budget. Absolutely love them!

I had a pleasant visit at this facility in Douglas, Ga. My appointment time was kept, the front desk was not very friendly but all business. The Dr. I saw was helpful and the optician was helpful also. I ordered glasses and the price was reasonable and arrived ahead of schedule. I returned to pick up the glasses and a different technician gave them to me. I didn't like the fit but she did not spend much time trying to get them right. I will need to return on my next trip to Douglas to see if they can adjust them to fit better.

Doctor was very knowledgeable and staff did a great job. In and out within 30 minutes.

Everyone was professional and courteous, explained everything to me and my wife ,our wait time minimum and that was a plus
