Briggs Vision Group

I am not coming back after 10 years taking my whole Family to this practice which was irrelevant for them when I shared my disappointment. I got new glasses about six months ago. When I tried them on, something was wrong with the short-distance view, so I took them back to the In House Optical Shop. They told me to wear them for a couple of weeks, and if they still didn't work, the office would resolve any problem. I wore them for two weeks, but nothing changed, so I brought them back. They made me take the vision test again, which resulted in the same prescription. After consulting with three different people, the solution was to wear them for a longer period, with the same promise that they would figure it out if it didn't work. Not surprisingly, two more months elapsed while I wore the glasses, and my short-distance vision was still awful. The last time I was there, they found out that my prescription was not compatible with the type of frame I had picked five months prior (which was never mention before), so the options were either to change the frame or revert to my old prescription with the new frame. In my logic, and based on their responsibility to ensure customers a perfect fit between frame and prescription, I assumed they would cover the cost of the frame retrofit--especially since, by this point, I had already paid full price for everything (through insurance) and did everything they told me to the T. To my surprise, the office's atrocious response was to either take $43 and shut up, an keep wearing my unusable glasses, or pay $214 for new ones. Outrageous! Needless to say, the doctors and the eye service itself are fine, but the optical shop is certainly a hoax.

I have been going to this practice for a couple of years now and am very pleased with their focus on eye health and customer service. When I had an issue with a contact lens, they managed to see me immediately and help me resolve it. I've seen a number of the doctors in the practice and each one has been attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to explain options, procedures, tests, and products. Great practice!

I have been a patient of Dr Briggs since the late 80's. He's the best in my book, as is his incredible staff. I just visited today for a post op cataract checkup with Dr. Gandani. She was professional, kind, intelligent, and took her time to answer my questions. I could not recommend a better optometrist than Dr Briggs or his staff.

I received services for eye glasses on 11.15.25. Brad assisted me with choosing my glasses. He is always nice, pleasant and professional. I have been going to Briggs Vision Group since 2015. I look forward to receiving service from them each time.

Among the top 2 experiences I've had regarding glasses and eye care across 3 states! From friendly sweet staff like Dana to miracle workers like Brad--whom was able to customize transition lenses into my own frames that I've bought elsewhere. The whole experience dealing with this business feels so personalized and always improves my quality of life. Years ago with good insurance, I was able to buy transition lenses here for about $300 and they are still my favorite outdoor glasses.

I've been to so many different eye doctors over my life and Briggs by fair was the best experience that I have had. I felt that they listened and addressed my concerns. Everyone showed that they cared about me individually as well. Well Done!

I visited Briggs Vision Group on Friday with my mom because the nose pads on her glasses had fallen off. They were incredibly kind and helpful--replaced the nose pads the same day with no hassle at all. The staff was so welcoming and professional, and we truly appreciated their quick and friendly service. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for great eye care and outstanding customer service!

Can't say enough good things about my experiences at Briggs Vision Group over the past couple of years. Had an excellent experience today with an eye exam and being fitted for contacts for the first time. Interacted with several folks and everyone was not just professional but super friendly and helpful. Also a great place to buy eye glasses - great selection and extremely helpful (and patient, if you're picky like me) Briggs staff. I highly recommend Briggs Vision Group!
