Super convenient Saturday morning appointment time for my eye exam with the Doctor. I had an 8:30am appointment time and arrived 15 minutes early. Was out the door after my exam and having chosen a pair of glasses within 45 minutes. I really appreciated the efficiency, and my glasses arrived within a week, and pick up was also fast and easy this morning. Thank you!

Hands down one of the best places I've ever went to get an eye exam and take care of my optical needs. Everyone here is so helpful and more than happy to help you with your exam, glasses or contact purchase and even answer questions for you. Believe me, you will not be disappointed if you give these folks to try. I absolutely believe Dr Arias is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. On top of that, I really think she may have given me the best eye exam I have ever had in my 50 plus years of living. I can't tell you one negative thing to say about these fine folks. However, I will tell you to go there and give these folks to try. You will not regret it!

I was diagnosed with a serious eye disease and this office refused to send a referral to allow me to see a specialist. I called several times and was told they by Chris that he couldn't help. He said I "was confused" I worked in an ophthalmology practice and this place violates basic standard of care.

I was having trouble with my new frames fitting/sitting well. Went back to the location twice in approx 10 days. The staff realized the frames were defective. Dr. Merit, Tim, and Cassey were extremely accommodating. They allowed me to choose a replacement pair. They sat down and patiently waited, as I seemed to become very precise about my new pair. P'Jean (spelling may be incorrect) has been heroic. I am from N.C., but faced a long period of cancer treatment obliging me to stay near Atlanta. We were able to order up glasses which were unique due to my cancer surgery-- one working lens and one lens to cover the eye which was removed in surgery.
The team in the store came together to get me my order worked out despite confusion at the lab which is processing my order. Hopefully, my second pair will appear soon and be as satisfying as the first set of glasses.
