I had a good experience at my first visit with Eye Elements. The office staff helped me look up some insurance information that wasn't specified on my insurance card, scheduled my appointment, & then were very prompt on the day of my appointment. My eye exam was fast, though thorough & informative. My insurance coverage worked as the office explained & I received my new glasses prescription immediately.

I came to this location on a Saturday morning. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. I was acknowledged immediately upon walking in, making me feel welcome. I was asked if I had an appointment or just walking in, this made my needs feel important. I didn't have my insurance card on me, no stress because the employer looked me up and was able to pull my insurance info. This made me feel confident that the doctors office had my best interest in theirs and that the staff was knowledgeable. When doing my pre-appointment eye stuff the woman doing it was incredibly service and comfort oriented. Making sure I was informed every step of the way and that I was comfortable. Dr. Hung herself was very curious about my eye health and asked me many questions. I really enjoyed this because a lot of the time when you get to the appointment you tend to forget to ask questions. By doing this she prompted me to discuss my eye health without having to instigate it. My eye health and vision was her number one concern and that was prevalent throughout the entire appointment. THANK YOU! Everyone was wonderful from start to finish, will come again and again and also recommend this office always. This was my 3rd visit to the location and is my eye doctor of choice.

My first visit to Eye Elements was this past weekend. It was one of the best experiences I've had, not only at an optometrist, but at any medical office. Contact lens exam, pupils dilated, new contacts and out the door in an hour. Dr. Teri Hung was very pleasant and the staff was very helpful. I made an appointment for my son the same day. Very impressed!

Jessica was really great. She was extremely personable, and really helpful through the beginning of the exam through helping me pick out glasses and understanding my insurance. Dr. Amoroso was very nice as well, and helped walk me through what has changed with my eyes as well as the images of my eyes in an easy and understandable way. The other staff was also extremely friendly!

Best experience we have ever had with an Eye Doctor. We just relocated and needed to find someone we could trust and have confidence in. Dr Teri and her staff is the place. Explained everything in detail and were very patient with our frame selection. If you want to go to a place were you feel comfortable, this is the place to go. I will send everyone I know to them if they need glasses or an exam. The staff out front is very friendly and know their jobs well.

Dr. Teri is one of the best eye doctors I've been to in many years! I highly recommend her for regular checkups or if you're having any special issues. She's very thorough in her exams and communicates well. I appreciate her willingness to discuss my eye health and not just rush me through the appointment.

I've been wearing eye glasses most of my life. The eye exam is always a breeze. The part that is the most stressful is the selection of new frames. When my wife and I found Eye Elements for our last eye exam. We met Mrs. Lily. She is such a breath of fresh air. Her kindness, personality, professionalism and overall knowledge of eye wear immediately put us at ease. We had a little anxiety before the exam, because we knew that selecting new eye wear would probably take a while. We were thrilled when we walked into Clarkson Eyecare and Mrs Lily was there to greet us. Once again, she placed our anxieties at ease with her great customer service. Thank you.

My experience at Eye Elements was outstanding. I had unknowingly been using too strong a prescription for my contact lenses for a couple years. As a result, prolonged computer use (a daily occurrence in my line of work) would give me headaches. Dr. Mike figured out the problem immediately and gave me the correct script. Now I can wear contacts every day without issue. Other notes: very inviting office; courteous staff; convenient location.
