The staff was so nice, especially Sulicia Jones.
I will definitely be a new client there with future visits.
I was not treated like a number to make their quota.

I ordered glasses with permanent tinted lenses, I received transition lenses. Not happy but I just let it go. It's not good to receive the incorrect order.
Probably will not go back there.
The person that fitted my glasses didn't try to resolve the issue, she said they would darken. Not the case

I absolutely love coming here! The staff are all so incredibly nice, and helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses out! They even had "cozy" lenses added to my glasses, which are such a game changer! The entire lens is so clear and there's no distortion, like when you usually put on a new prescription. Highly recommend this office and these ladies!

The friendly staff not only care but are extremely knowledgeable and share that knowledge. No other place I've been has done that. The ladies at this place are literally a blessing. Long story short, my uncle is handicapped and the wonderful ladies here made it possible for him to be able to get new glasses. Sometimes taking care of the elderly and handicapped is challenging and A&A Optical helping in the way they did, just helped us so much. Thank you !!!!!

I was nervous about seeing an eye doctor for the first time in 30 years, but these ladies made the experience very smooth and comfy. The lady at the front also helped me pic out amazing glasses and gave me honest opinions to find the best fit for my face shape. Will recommend everyone here!

I use to live in Georgia and moved to a different state. I wanted to stick with my same optical office. Because I was not in the states, I had them ship my glasses. My glasses were stolen during transport. Not A&A optical fault at all. Not my fault at all either. However, what is their fault is not being willing or able to give indemnity. I now have to pay full price for my frames as well as lenses.
I will not be doing business with them in the future. And if you have your frames shipped. Request a tracking number and I would suggest not doing United States Postal Service.
