All they seem to care about is money I honestly don't think my kids eyes are as bad as he said plus I paid money for my kids appointments and then had to wait a week just to even get their prescriptions and they didn't have their PD on them so when I asked if I could have them they told me it would be another $25 a piece for that cause it's a service that he charges for even though he already did the exam and charged me for it and I didn't use insurance I paid cash they wanted me to pay for it again I would go somewhere else there's plenty of other places near by that are better

VERY RUDE!!! They are crooked as hell! They wanted to charge me $135 on top of charging my insurance and my kids insurance. I understand having a co pay with some insurance which is fine but when you telling me that you take all of our insurance then tell me oh we're not taking new patients with the insurance and charging me $135 for each of us is straight up ridiculous. I can go somewhere else for cheaper! All they are doing is pocketing the money and charging the insurance. They need to be shut down!

This is by far the best Eye Dr. I have EVER experienced !!!! Went for my 6 year old , & from the front desk to the actual dr, they all did soooooo good with my son! So personable and professional & welcoming . I couldn't recommend this place enough! Definitely will bring my child here every year! Also, HUGE compliment on the cleanliness !!!!!! It's soooo nice inside!!!!

We love taking our daughter here . They make you feel very welcome and help you know exactly what they're doing and why. They explained everything to our daughter to make sure she is involved also; very personal and pleasant experience. Thank you !

Only a four star for now until my glasses come in and I can see they're correct. However! Staff is very friendly and super helpful with any questions I have. I will hopefully be updating this review to a 5 star next week if all is good with my glasses.

Staff was very sweet and the doctor was very kind to my daughter very good 1st time experience.

The staff was friendly. But when my glasses came in for my son and I they was the same glasses. They told me those was the one I ordered so instead of them sending them back like they should have because insurance paid for them . So in order for me to get the pair I ordered I had to pay for them and they kept the kid glasses they ordered me , when they should have gave me that pair too since they couldn't send them back . But my sons glasses was right. Do needless to say I paid out of picot's get a pair of glasses and the ones insurance paid for they kept .

Great service provider but for some reason the staff is almost always snarky either in person or over the phone. Customer service could be better.
