Victoria was amazing she had a smile on her face as soon as walked in and was very nice. She helped me from picking out what frames were best for my face shape to explaining how billing and insurance worked. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect. Will definitely be back! Especially to have victorias help again! Love my new glasses!

I am just going to say, the lack of customer service here is concerning. The whole atmosphere has changed drastically since I was here a year ago. Victoria is very fast, and she gets the information in, but she doesn't interact at all with the customers. My wife and I both had her process our transactions, and she never explained anything, never asked anything other than "same as before?" And she starts keying in the the info. Never did I feel like I was greeted or there was any friendliness or warmth. And there seemed to be an atmosphere of unprofessional. The experience was not good at all. At the end of checking out, my wife asked about the total, and Victoria THEN tells her that if she picked out two pairs it would have applied a discount. Yeah, great AFTER she paid you want to explain that you can get a discount. Do not recommend going here until the front of the store gets some training in customer service.

Today I had appointment for exam for contacts and eyeglasses at Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia location. Everyone greeted me when I entered the store. ALL associates were friendly , but I feel compelled to share that Kolbi was exceptional! After my exam & I was back in the lobby to pay, Kolbi enthusiastically greeted me again & directed me to his desk/station to check out & then excused himself briefly to rush to the store entrance to help a patron who was entering store struugling & pushing an elderly woman in a wheelchair . He was so friendly to them & greeted them also. I hope this doesn't sound cliche, but his compassion, friendly & caring personality is something you just do not encounter much these days. I was very impressed. He was knowledgeable and yet personable & I felt so compelled to pass this on to your company. What an asset to have an employee like Kolbi. I also had eye exam by Suzanne Johannes Wilson, O.D. & she was thorough & friendly also. Oh, I almost forgot, Kolbi was extremely energetic & that also is lacking in clinics and retail these days. I just wanted to relay this to America's Best, because he will go far and he made my experience today very positive and I give my rating 5 stars for his outstanding work. Thank you.

This place rocks! Kolby! I can't thank you enough for your patience and professionalism as you watched a grown man fight to put a piece of plastic in his eyeball lol. Thank you for walking me through every step and making me feel calm. Your kindness is a virtue, and I'm sure the entire staff enjoys your wisdom. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you for helping us! My son and I have had our glasses made here for several years. A recent issue required some extra help, and Vicki and Dr. Gabeau made special efforts to help us out and work out the issue. I definitely recommend.

My appointment didnt take long and I did not have to wait forever. Everyone was decently nice however I have had astigmatism since I was a kid and I had to push the eye doctor to give me a prescription for torric contacts then she only gave them to me for one eye instead of both trying to say it wasn't "bad" enough for the other eye even tho I have always worn torric lenses for both eyes. They also failed to give me my full prescription that includes my PD so I will have to go get measured to be able to order my glasses online which is annoying.

I purchased glasses there that had progressive lens in them. I was measured for the placement of the progressive portion of the lens. When they arrived the progressive part of lens was set too high so they ordered new lens. The second pair arrived that had the progressive portion of lens placed too low. New lens were ordered but that order was lost for two weeks and had to be resubmitted. Finally after three tries the glasses came in with the correct placement of the progressive portion. That was last August 2025. Now I have to have the lens replaced under warranty because of scratches on the lens. After ordering them and waiting two weeks for them, guess what..... they lost the order !!!!!!

Victoria was amazing! She was really friendly and very helpful! I really enjoyed talking with her and she was very professional!
