Went to see this doctor because I was on a specific medication that required yearly testing by an opthalmologist. The nurse dialated my eyes before my test could be done. They wanted me to come back for the test which would have required another $50.00 copay. Also told me that my actual eye insurance was not accepted anywhere in the area and they didn't accept it either. This all happened in December 2016. It is now almost 6 months later and I just got the EOB from my insurance company. They filed it wrong and under my husband's name (as he was the patient which he was not) and want another 30 dollars. I just called them and of course I am mad so automatically they want to send me to the billing ladies voicemail. I told them I would hold for her. I was then transferred anyway. When I called back, instead of answering, they just hung up on me. When I called back the third time they were in the process of hanging up when I started yelling into the phone. I told them that I didn't appreciate being hung up on. They told me that they were trying to transfer me to the voicemail that I specifically did not want to be transferred to.i was guaranteed by Jillian I would get a call back by 5. It's now 4:30. We will see.
