I have had a great experience with Dr. Cox. The contacts I originally tried weren't comfortable and she didn't bat an eye to try a different type. I just called because these aren't comfortable and someone suggested I try yet another type, so I called and spoke with the receptionist told her my current problems with my contacts and what I wanted to do. She was nice, and told me that she would talk with the doctor today and get back to me today about trying the different contacts. I have no complaints about this office and have recommended several people who have all told me they love this place.

After having a horrible time at another local eyeglass store, I gave Dr. Cox a try. I was absolutely impressed with her! She helped me find the perfect pair of glasses, and has some really nice styles to choose from. I also ordered contacts that ended up being about the same price as it would be online, saving me some hassle. Great place all around!

I was not examined by Dr. Cox, but I purchased frames and lenses from her office. Due to low quality materials I was unable to see with the lenses I purchased from her office. When I ask for a refund, I was then told and showed a sign stating they "DO NOT REFUND". This notice was not appropriately displayed. So I am out $407 and am the owner of new glasses that I cannot use. I am giving you a warning to know who you are dealing with and realize the poor integrity with which this office operates.

I just called to make a new patient appointment. The receptionist was one of the rudest people I have EVER spoken with. First question, before she even asked my name do you have insurance? What do you need an appointment for? After I advised her contacts and glasses she said they only pay for one, I then advised that's fine I will pay OOP for the difference. She then got my name and information and advised she had a late Thursday apt available I then told her with my schedule I needed an early appointment and asked if anything next week was available, she then snapped back "she does't do early appointments". I then proceeded to tell her that's fine I will go elsewhere and to please work on her customer etiquette. This receptionist would not last a day if she were my employee.

I have been going to Dr. Cox for 15 years or longer and have never had a bad experience. Both Dr. Cox and her receptionist/office manager are extremely pleasant and very professional. They have always have made sure that I have been completely satisfied.

when you google hours online it says friday they are open til 5:30 so i thought if they were open that late i could swing by and pick up my glasses but the hours on the door say til 5:00 so they need to update their hours online for people looking up this place so they dont make a wasted trip like i did. my glasses took about 2 weeks to come in also when i first went there to get a new pair. they didnt bother calling to let me know status of why it was taking so long til after about a week later. they need to get their bathrooms fixed because all doctors offices have bathrooms for their patients not just for their employees. on a positive this place seems to never be busy its always vacant.

Absolutely wonderful!! Mrs. Mary Anne was helpful from the first phone call to the moment I walked about the door. Dr. Cox was very kind, patient, and friendly as well.They listened to my needs and helped me very much!!

Nothing but outstanding, MaryJane, and Dr Cox have not only taken good care of me for the last 20/ years, but I consider them friends. Just plain good people.
