Dr Kao is amazing and so passionate about her work- I've had trifocal implant and it was a great process

Dr. Anna Kao is a FABULOUS doctor. I went to her yesterday about an eye disease I have. She called me herself the next day to alleviate my fears. My husband and I don't live in LaGrange anymore, but we will drive to have Dr. Kao as our opthamologist. She is intelligent, caring, professional, and thorough. We love Dr. Kao!

Every time I go in to see Dr kao she tells me one thing and does another yet she never calls me to tell me she changed her mind. I have to stay on top of it, she was fired as my doctor! Terrible DR , love her staff, just not her. I don't think she knows what she's doing from the moment she saw my eyes twitching, like it was something from out of this world. She definitely lacks knowledge and professionalism. She tells me she's going to do surgery and doesn't tell me she changed her mind, then she tells me she's going to give me steroids and keeps me waiting days till I call and find out she changed her mind again. It's dangerous for my eyes to cross the way they do and she's clueless and she's supposed to be a professional. She has me come in for check up just to get an easy pay check cuz she never does anything to help me. Wasting my time when I could've found a better doctor. I waited months thinking she's going to doctor me up to find out that she never intended to do anything.

I have had 3 different procedures done by her. She did a wonderful job and her staff was very professional and caring. I would highly recommend her.

Service is great

Dr Kao is a great Dr! I see her yearly for my diabetic eye exam. She also did cataract surgery for me. No complaints about her as a physician, however the wait time at the clinic is too long. They send multiple reminders prior to your appointment urging you to be sure to arrive early. It appears that too many patients of Dr Kao are being scheduled at the same time. Dr Brown's patients were seen much sooner.
