Moved to Lagrange in January, been trying to get an appointment but no Doctor! Last month I was told June they may have a doctor, called today and was told still no doctor, and they don't know when they may have one. My husband works for Walmart, too bad you can't go to get your eyes examined! The eye doctor in Stockbridge was wonderful, wish he was closer!!

Staff is friendly, service was fast but the best thing going for them is the doctor. He is so polite, not pushy at all and even identified an astigmatism I didn't know I had and showed me the difference between my old contacts and the ones I bought (which are cheaper too). Gave me a trial pair for free to ensure I liked the new brand. I give the vision center 10 stars if I could.

Wonderful customer service!! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. I have been having my glasses made here for many years. Recently I went to get new glasses and - Terri checked and felt the bifocal was incorrect. After calling the clinic where I had my eyes checked- they agreed I had an incorrect bifocal and had it changed. Because of Terri I am able to read with my new glasses. Thank you so much.

I give them 5 stars. They are friendly, courteous and they always are very helpful. Maybe I am old school, but I feel like you should know what your insurance does before you go to any type of doctor. Also cash holds more germs and with covid-19 running rampant that is a good idea to protect others. So to anyone reading this go see them. They are good, courteous and helpful. They will take good care of you.

The doctor was ok but the staff, well, they could really use a lesson on customer service. They lied and told me they were in my network just to get my business. Then when it came time to buy my glasses, I was rudely told what I could and couldn't get and insinuated what I could and couldn't afford. The ladies up front were more concerned about their gossip and talking bad about people than they were helping customers. This place is terrible. I'm only giving it one star because I have too.

I've always used Walmart vision center. I called and set up an appointment at their earliest which was 3 weeks out. I showed up today to have my eye exam done and was told that they are not accepting cash. I asked why that was being that its Walmart the largest store in the world. The answer I recieved was pretty much our bank is old and doesn't have a drive through and when someone leaves to deposit cash it takes too long. I left and will not be using walmart vision center in the future. Imagine being so big that you wouldn't accept cash as payment. Going local moving forward.
