I could not wait to get home and write this review! Dr. John Whitlow was absolutely amazing. He was professional, kind, compassionate, and had a great sense of humor. I got some bad news about my eyes, but he was caring and kind breaking the news to me. One of his greatest attributes was his lack of judgment. I don't have a lot of money, but he never treated me as such. I will never go anywhere else and will always recommend this doctor and staff! Thank y'all for helping me see again.

Everyone here is very nice. They were able to squeeze me in last minute because I was having problems with my eyes. The other offices in Lagrange wouldn't see me even though I was telling them I was in a lot of discomfort. Dr.Whitlow explained everything very thoroughly and was super helpful. I will be using Dr.Whitlow as my primary eye doctor!

I've always avoided going to the eye doctor until I came here. Dr. (John) Whitlow is such a wonderful optometrist! He was so polite and welcoming. Most eye doctors I've been to have been really short with me and just rude. He took the time to answer any and all questions I had in regards to my appointment, eye glasses, and contacts. He even gave me tips on how to make wearing my contacts easier. My family will never go to another eye doctor again. He was absolutely amazing!!!!! :)

I got an appointment the same day. The process of checking in was very easy. The office is very nice and the ladies up front are very professional, have great attitudes, and very attentive to patient needs. Very warm and inviting environment. The Doctor made me feel very comfortable and explained everything that was going on. He went over how to use the medication he was giving me and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. He's very pleasant and kept me laughing which made me more relaxed so he could do his job. Great job West GA Vision Center.

This is by far the best eye care center I have ever been to, and Dr. (John) Whitlow the best doctor I have ever been to. He has an excellent bedside manner, so to speak, and made me feel completely comfortable and safe as I prepared for and in my time after I had Lasik done.
