I had the late appointment at 4:30 PM, and I was genuinely impressed with the entire team at GA Eye Assoc. You might expect staff to be rushing to leave at the end of the work day, this was not the case. Dr. Winski was thorough and took his time, ensuring every aspect of the exam was covered, treating my appointment like it was the first one on the morning. The staff was professional and attentive. I sincerely appreciate the commitment and being patient and thorough while providing quality care and not hurried. I highly recommend this practice.

I had an urgent need with my right eye. Customer Service was over the top incredible when I called. Sarah helped me get in same day. Dr. Chartash was very personable and caring. Answered all my questions. So grateful for Georgia Eye Associates!

Went in for my 6-month lens replacement post-op advising I was 98% "thrilled" with the procedure. When asked about why just 98%, I advised of the halos I was still seeing in one eye at night driving. Dr. Gillian examined me and said "I can fix that". Sure enough, a quick zap of the laser and I am now halo free. I recommend this procedure to anyone who is "on the fence".

Georgia Eye Associates is a first class eye care provider. All of their staff are professional and friendly. They have been handling my eye care for many years. I have just had eye lens replacement surgery there by Dr Gillian, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Georgia Eye associates to all for for top quality eye care!

Everything was excellent the staff was very nice and professional appointments are on time All of the stuff that I dealt with was excellent they explain everything to you if you have questions you can ask and they be glad to answer them I was in very good hands Doctor was excellent he runs a very tight ship and everyone was very nice I would recommend them to any and everyone that needs to see a great eye doctor I was very happy and very pleased I could say more even down to the cleaning service everything was clean not a long waiting time at all Dr sees you immediately after the nurse is finished with you waiting time was not bad at all like I said he runs a very tight shift and all of his nurses reception service was excellent and the nurses are on time from one to the other they don't play around strictly business but do it all with a great smile but get you in and out and you couldn't ask for a better staff so I have to give them all their props he has an awesome staff hard-working and doing their job excellent I was very pleased and satisfied a little nervous because I do have to have surgery not knowing what to expect or what would happen but they calm my nerves down very quickly because they let you know that I was in the best hands so I can't wait to give the next feedback on how the surgery and everything went Thank you all very much

Completely incompetent. They ran our insurance incorrectly and didn't say anything until the END of our appointment that we owed $90. Then sent a bill for $395 for a ROUTINE eye exam. Have been calling them for months to run the insurance correctly and they can't figure it out despite UHC confirming coverage and walking them through it step by step. I will never go here again.

I've been a patient with this practice and Dr. Winsky for many years and their service is excellent from the front desk to all the techs. Dr. Winsky is great eye doctor and I've always had a very positive experience here.

Terrible experience from beginning to end. Wasted 20 minutes filling out paperwork online ahead of time only to have to refill out when I got there. Waited over 2 hours to see the doctor with no apologies or explanations why they were so behind schedule (appt was at 10:45, left the office at 1pm). Doctor was super unfriendly and didn't even do the refraction exam himself (the techs do it at this location which I found odd). They were out of contact lens samples in my prescription. And to top it off, had to ask them to print both my eye glasses prescription and contact lens prescription and give it to me. They just weren't going to give to me until I asked them where it was before leaving. Been a patient at buckhead location for years but had to go to Lawrenceville this time . Won't be back!! Super unorganized office.
