Excellent service from the consultation appointment through the post op exam. Very organized. I was providesd documentation and videos that explained everything. The staff was fantastic Tiffany and Destiny were great.Very friendly and caring. The facility was clean and bright. Loved the large recliner that goes with you into the surgery room. It was a spa like experience. Highly recommend.

The staff were wonderful, efficient and professional. Easy process from start to finish, everything explained in great detail, which makes the experience less intimidating. The facilities were very clean. Surgery went well, not a lot of waiting around which was so great, as I was very nervous. All in all a great experience considering it was eye surgery and I would definitely recommend Milan Eye Center.

The wait time is supposed to be be 1 hour before surgery. This should include getting ready for actual surgery. My wait time was well over an hour in the waiting room. It was 1 hour and 45 minutes before I was called back to get ready for the surgery. The surgery went great after the uncalled for long wait.

The cataract surgery was easier than I thought. The staff was superb. I can't remember the names but the young lady who greeted me and took my vitals had the warmest of smile. Everyone made the procedure very easy. Thank you. I could have done both if it was allowed.

The office was really nice and modern. The furniture was really nice and office space was light and airy. The staff was very nice, Autumn was extremely pleasant! The front desk staff was also pleasant and made light conversation. Dr. Esther (I believe that was her name) and Dr. Patel were both pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed and everyone answered all of my questions leaving me satisfied with my exam. I would definitely recommend!

Well, I was due for my annual checkup, so I didn't want to delay any further. I immediately made my appointment to be seen. However, once I was diagnosed with a cataract (in the right eye) and given a referral, I started panicking because my thoughts were, how could this be? I'm much too young for this to happen to me. My doctor told me it would be unnecessary for him to give me a prescription for contacts or glasses until my cataract was removed, but I could return after. Well, I took my referral and was on my way. My appointment was scheduled for September 18th (nervous), and BOOM, the appointment for surgery was scheduled for October 7th. Here I am on October 8th, less than 48 hours post-op, and I could already see 20/20. I've worn glasses all my life and have never been without contacts/glasses. To date, I have not put my glasses on. As I wait for my next procedure on my left eye, I can't believe how poorly my eyesight is in the left eye. Dr. Patel renewed my faith in trusting him with my eyes. I am so ready for the next procedure. Thanks for restoring my sight. I'm can't wait!
