Dr. Mary was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything clearly, took her time, and treated me with so much respect and kindness. I really appreciated her professionalism. The rest of the staff were also very pleasant and helpful, which made the experience feel welcoming overall. What did disappoint me, though, was my interaction with a young redheaded woman at the front desk, Daniela. Her attitude came off as rude and unnecessarily domineering, which felt completely out of place compared to how kind and professional everyone else was. It's a shame, because her behavior really affected the visit and makes me hesitate about coming back.

This places is great I love the service and the doctor that I got was, so nice and all the people here they have lots of glasses for you to pick and I got some that I liked.I hope that more and more people come here and see how good it is the people here are kind and helpful I recommend it for everyone.

I have been going 5 years to optica Latina . Yes, they speak English and Spanish. Both doctors take the time to ask questions and allow you to feel comfortable giving you time to ask about your eye health. Our entire family gets exams and glasses there. Highly recommend them. They are the best!

This place has met all the expectations of the people I've referred. The service from the staff is also a 10/10, especially from Luz, who is very friendly, and her customer service is exceptional. They should have more staff like her.
