I have been going here for years, and I have always had a great experience! Dr. Long was so good with my son who has a lot of anxiety with doctor visits. Also, the glasses selection has gotten more and more trendy as time passes, which I am glad to see. The guy who works with you to get your frames is really fun and always calls me with updates.

This would be a one star review if not for Dr. Fierce, who has been amazing. The receptionist, contact ordering, and call service are incredibly dysfunctional. When ordering contacts a year ago, I had to call two weeks after my appointment because I received no notice that my contacts were in. I then found out the order had never been placed, and I would need to wait longer. I stuck with this office due to the great experience with Dr. Fierce. This year, I also received no notice of contacts being ready. I've called three times now and there's never anyone to answer in the contact department. The receptionist has just passed me over to the contact department rather than helping me herself. After passing me off today, she immediately turned on the "office away" message as I tried to call the main number back immediately after not having anyone answer the contact department and no one answered there. Granted, it appears they close the office at 2, so when I called was close to them closing. However, Google shows them closing at 2:30 and that would have been helpful information instead of the receptionist passing me off, knowing I wouldn't reach anyone.

I'd give this practice a 5 star because all of the staff and doctors are lovely. However, the secretary of this establishment at the front desk is a very unpleasant & just a nasty person overall. When walking into an establishment the secretary is the face of place & should be pleasant, making all visitors feel welcome, expressing kindness & empathy when appropriate. This lady is the complete opposite, this company could do so much better without her.

Nothing but food things to say. I came in with an eye emergency and everyone was excellent. they were very speedy and as soon as I came in I was taken back and seen by Dr.Fierce. They were very fast and the paperwork was not a hassle at all. When I came back for the follow up I had The same really good experience. I did not wait at all and was called right back. Dr.Fierce gave me his personal phone and when I reached out with concurs/questions after hours he was available right away. The professionalism and haste to help is amazing here. I would highly recommend.

Dr Long and the staff are fantastic. Donna went above and beyond for me!! I had to bring in my brand new glasses because they broke. When they repaired my glasses I went in and picked them up. A week later she called me stating she was dissatisfied, thinking the company sent a refurbished pair. I think she was right ;). I was so pleased she went through all this. I thought the glasses were a little lose just was too busy to get back there, for her to take a look at them. Not many places would do this for a patient. Thank you Dr Long and Staff for your exceptional care. Hope y'all continue to stay safe!

I have been going to Dr Fierce since the late '80's and have followed him wherever he may go. Always top notch service and very specific exam. Started going to him because he gave better exams than the optometrist my family was going to. My parents still see him (they are in their late 60's), my sister's family, my brother's family, and my family all still go to Dr Fierce. If you have a long wait it is because someone has an eye emergency that is getting higher priority. You will find that when you have an eye medical emergency that you will get prompt service because of the seriousness of your condition. If you are only there for a check up you have to appreciate who is getting priority service (especially if you have an emergency). Front office staff sometimes doesn't communicate well but if you express concerns of the front staff not doing their jobs to the doctors, they are grateful for the knowledge! They do their best to find good people. Contact exams are done very well and Dr Fierce is fantastic at fitting for contacts. He is very patient and will take the time you need for the best fit for contacts and when figuring out new prescription. It has been a privilege to continue to have an eye doctor I can trust with not only good care for me, but for also my husband and children(and my parents, my sister and her family, and my brother and his family)!!!!
