Staff is super friendly and there is a good selection of frames of all prices. I heard everyone speaking Spanish too which is a plus! Dr. Horak knows his stuff and the visits never take too long.

My first visit in 2024 was okay even though I got third party glasses. Going there in August 2025 my prescription was messed up. Up till now I can't read small prints. I visited the office and the attendant told me I would have to pay $50 for their mistake to be rectified. What a shame. Lack of professionalism.

I've been going to this eye care facility for the last few years now and couldn't be more pleased with the service I've been provided. Appointments are prompt with very little to no waiting. Same goes for the exam itself. This in and of itself is stellar considering I've had to wait up to 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment just to be seen at other locations, not to mention the time it's sometimes taken to get through the exam itself. Additionally, my latest glasses frame started breaking six months into having them which, due to life circumstances, I was unable to have checked until a couple weeks past their one year warranty. Despite being past warranty, they were able to contact the frame supplier and order me a new frame for just the cost of shipping and handling. Highly recommend! Keep up the good work!

Such a nice doctor, watched him around another patient's kids and he was so sweet with them, gave them a toy to play with and was so good about helping them with a fitting (not easy when you have a little one). My appointment was quick and everything was sanitized right before I sat down so felt very good about being in the office with everything going on.

When my son and his puppy destroyed his only pair of glasses I was distraught. And being unable to get him in to his regular eye doctor panicked because everyday we waited was another day he was not going to be able to attend school. At 8 glasses are a vital part of his everyday. Alyssa was absolutely AMAZING. She got me in same day and was able to work with the doctor to make sure my son could see again TODAY!!! I made appointments for my whole family this is our spot moving forward. Thank you all for everything

As others have written, I always had scammy experiences for glasses. Last time I tried to get a pair, it was supped to be over $500 and that was after some supposed 50% discount from my insurance. There were several other instances like that i won't go into, and they always claim you can't have your optical prescription, which is actually against the law in Georgia. I switched from 1 to two stars because I will say the doctors are very personable and knowledgeable imo, just the glasses/lenses salespeople on several occasions didn't do right by me. No prescription even when I asked for it, always terribly overpriced, and I once asked for them to refit an old pair and she brought it back with no change and said was fixed.

BEWARE! This place is scammy. I brought my children in and they made it seem like their vision was so bad that they needed $800 glasses. They use fear tactics. I wasn't presented with any other options. I made the purchase and tried to cancel a couple days later and they refused the refund. We never got the glasses and they still refused. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and Family eye care of Marietta flat out lied to the credit card company and refused to refund. Stay away from this place if at all possible! The prices are a rip off!
