Dr. Sestak is one of the most thorough and caring doctors I've ever met! I recently had an eye exam and contact lens fitting, and both experiences were excellent. Dr. Sestak and her team were professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. My follow-up fitting went smoothly, and everyone was so accommodating throughout the process of being fitted for my first-ever set of contacts. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and confident every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Sestak's office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care, personalized attention, and a team that truly cares about their patients' satisfaction and success.

1 Star -- I've Never Been Treated So Poorly in My Life Let me tell you about my heartbreaking experience with Georgia Eyes, a place I trusted for over TEN years. Yes, ten. I was a loyal, paying, never-caused-a-problem kind of patient. I went in for what should've been a simple, routine eye exam, and left with a bill that I wasn't expecting. I figured, "Okay, insurance will sort it out." Spoiler alert: they didn't. And guess who never called to tell me there was an issue? GEORGIA. EYES. Fast forward a few months -- I get a DEBT COLLECTION NOTICE in the mail. Imagine the panic. I thought it was a scam! Who wouldn't?! So I did the responsible thing: I called the clinic. And do you know what they told me? "Oh yeah, it's real. We don't call people about unpaid bills." EXCUSE ME?! What kind of business doesn't even try to contact a long-term patient before sending them to collections?! I was shocked, embarrassed, and honestly just felt betrayed. I called the collectors and paid this pending bill right away. But wait -- it gets worse. I decided to let this go and go back to Georgia Eyes to try to order new contacts, and they look me dead in the eye and say: "You can't order anything. You're no longer a patient here." What. On. Earth. After a DECADE of loyalty, this is how I'm treated? Like I'm some criminal over one billing mishap THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME ABOUT? No apology. No kindness. Just cold dismissal. Whoever is running their billing service clearly has no empathy and even less professionalism. If you care at all about being treated like a human being, I beg you -- stay far away from Georgia Eyes. You deserve better. We all do.

Unethical company with fraudulent billing practices and nearly non-existent communication and customer service. Georgia Eye Partners advertised themselves as being covered by my insurance. I checked three times before my appointment. After my appointment, they charged my copay and then not only did they not bill my insurance properly, but they also overcharged for services they didn't provide. Then, months later, after multiple phone calls I made trying to figure out the problem, they told me the provider I saw was not credentialed with my insurance company and informed me they were sending my account to collections. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a company who provides eye exams. One red flag I noted was the optometrist told me they'd had some "billing and insurance issues" while she was performing my exam. I've made no less than 25 phone calls trying to correct all the issues, to no avail. Please find another provider. You'll save yourself a lot of headaches.

I guess this business is under new name/ownership? I used to be able to get a call back within a couple days. Now the communication is all routed through a call center. The doctors and nurses themselves are amazing. I've been going here for over a decade, but I'm worried this new ownership will chase a lot of people away. I hope not. The people who work here have been incredible for years.

Great experience - 1st time patient - was able to immediately have appt for sudden blurred vision in one eye - thoroughly ran tests & saw Dr Negaard - knowledgeable & explains thoroughly... also staff was very good. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend!! The wait and process was a bit long (2-3 hours for new patients), but was expected in advance, so it was ok. The staff I encountered were professional, kind and understanding. Dr. Parada is very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and explained everything to my understanding.

Me, my husband and my daughter had found this practice , since our other place stopped taking our insurance . We had a great time from start to finish and are very happy with the practice . The front office ladies are very nice and the technicians are too. We saw Dr. Negaard and he was taking his time , not rushing and been super nice!

I called this morning to speak with the medical assistant in the Dallas office. I pressed the number on the menu but was connected to the appointment center in the Marietta office. I explained to the gentleman who answered the phone what I needed (a refill of my prescription) and he told me he is the appointment center. I explained to him I am a patient at the Dallas location and needed a refill today which isn't scheduled until next month. He said he couldn't make any promises. I asked to speak with the medical assistant in the Dallas office and he stated he would get a message to them. I rather speak to the medical assistant myself. I hung up and called the Dallas phone number again and left a message for someone at the Dallas location. I rec'd a call back from Christina of the Dallas location within minutes. She was very nice and professional with patience, kindness and concern. Don't know who the gentleman was who took my phone call at the Marietta office but he was very curt, rude and rude. Christina was awesome! I do want to add that the Dallas office staff and doctors are very nice and very good at what they do. I have an eye condition and they are most professional in taking care of my eye sight with patience and kindness and understanding. Never have an issue with the staff and doctors.
