Today's visit was very impressive. The office staff was very helpful and extremely nice. The receptionist greeted me with a warm welcoming smile. The technician that prep me to be examine by Dr. Bergin was extremely friendly as well as knowledgeable.
Shout out to Dr. Bergin for being very thorough and patient. He has a very awesome personality which makes interacting with him very special.
The gentleman behind the counter upon completing my visit with Dr. Bergin was extremely helpful and made me laugh.
Let's not forget about the Opticians whom was so nice and friendly as well. I overheard how they were able to help each other and the customers they were assisting.
I would like to give a special thanks to Kelsey who took the time to help me by sharing her honest opinion on a pair of specs/glasses. Kelsey went above and beyond by adding that special touch to what seem like the best pair.
I would recommend this store to everyone moving forward. I am now a loyal customer.

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters at the Avenue in Kennesaw! My eye doctor was one of the best doctors I've ever had -- she took the time to explain everything in a way I could easily understand, which made the whole process so comfortable. My appointment was quick, easy, and very thorough.
The sales associate was so helpful in helping me find the perfect frames -- I absolutely love them! Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. My glasses even came in earlier than expected, and when I picked them up, I was beyond impressed with how perfect they were.
I will absolutely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-notch service and care.

The service is was awesome, when I first came here. Never had an issue, but the wait times are not accurate. I had an appointment at 11:30 and wasn't seen until 12:15. Then when i came to pick up my glasses i waited for 10-15 minutes in the waiting area why a woman visibly saw me waiting and kept talking in the back. I asked the office manager and she told me to wait at the desk, which i did for another 10 minutes and wasn't never acknowledged but when a woman not of color came up she immediately helped her. So then i walk up behind her, to be seen she went BACK to grab her glasses but didn't acknowledge me at all. I was finally helped by a little older woman. Nonetheless I'm not a bigot when it comes to service but something's are common sense. Acknowledge people and helped them.
