Sign in was easy. I saw Gail Parker, NP she had great bed side manor, listened to me and was very compassionate. Able to explain my problem in layman's terms. The nurse was great as well. I was sent home with a prescription that didn't agree with me, so I called the next day (different nurse and doc) and was called in a new prescription. Overall a good experience. Minor down side - they are unable to call BC/BS on weekends, but only charged what my card said. I was fine with that. I would go again.

The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly and caring. They did a great job of getting patients checked in and into an exam room, which keeps all of the sick patients away from each other and prevents the spread of illnesses. This is extremely important to me this time of year! I also love that I can check in online and wait in the comfort of my own home until it is time to be seen. The doctor was great and answered all of my questions. I have asthma and had been having breathing problems, so he decided to do a breathing treatment for me. They were short-staffed because someone had called in sick, so rather than make me wait for the nurse to finish with another patient, the doctor himself set up the nebulizer and had the nurse check it before he turned it on. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal, but I know that in the medical field, most doctors will just pass those types of things off to nurses or medical assistants, and to have a doctor take a hands-on approach to patent care like that when needed is rare, and I was definitely impressed. The entire staff was very competent and I felt that I was in good hands the whole time!

I came here after dealing with 2 & 3 hour wait times at the 2 Marietta Wellstar locations near me. Which also included staff who seemed more concerned with getting off work promptly at 8 than with helping the people walking in the door. I found MedPost from a Google search because I needed help and felt I could not go another night without seeing a doctor. MedPost is in a great East Cobb location next to Target (which has both a pharmacy and a grocery). The staff was all super helpful and friendly. The NP who saw me thoroughly addressed my issues. I was so thankful! Then, the next morning, I called in that one of the medicines wasn't working as hoped and that I needed the next level stronger, and they took care of it for me with no additional visit or copay! I had never heard of MedPost before but I'm glad I gave it a try. MUCH better experience than I've had at Wellstar Urgent Cares in the Marietta area over the past decade.

Amazing experience and great end to a crappy day. I was feeling bad- left work early and came to this Marietta location because it is near my home. EVERYONE was so nice and professional. I was seen almost immediately. Tabitha the Nurse on this particular shift was so personable and smiley. The Doctor was proficient, professional, and most of all precise. I will always use this facility- but hopefully I won't be back anytime soon. :-)

The facility was bright and clean. The receptionist, doctor, and nurses were all very courteous and friendly. I was taken care of quickly -- in and out in less than an hour (and that includes waiting for a strep test). I would definitely go back here in the future.

Walked in last Wed. suffering from a week and a half head cold, bronchitis, ear ache and sore throat. I was a wreck. The front desk person was efficient and kind . I was checked in promptly. The first nurse I saw took my vitals and chatted with me as much as I wanted to, not too much. She was playful which lifted my spirits. She made sure I wanted to play before going there. The NP came in and questioned me regarding my ailments. She asking probing and follow-up questions. I was impressed with her knowledge. She prescribed 2 medications to start the healing. They are working and I'm almost back to full health. Thank You MedPost of Johnson Ferry.

I went to this place and I explained to the woman in the front desk that I had high fiber and I was feeling palpitations, also that I just came from a trip and SHE REJECTED ME!!! This woman said that I need to go a ER because what I explained to her. I went there because because they have good reviews, but honestly I felt rejected for other reasons. If in this place doesn't like latinos It's not my problem!!!! Finally I went to the other Urgent Care close by, and it's was an amazing experience.

Medpost is a Fantastic place to take your child. The doctor was so sweet and she put my kids at ease immediately! They also gave my girls stickers. The wait time was also minimal. We were in and out in 30 minutes!!! I will definitely go back!
