Marietta Eye Clinic - Windy Hill

Dr. Hayden Matli was excellent! I very highly recommend her. She was friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable. She listened and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed from my prescription eyewear. Allow me to tell the story. She easily took care of my lenses for distance vision. The reason I am writing this review is for her determination to solve a specific, probably not to common request of mine. I utilize a sit stand desk pictured below, which not only has my computer keyboard on it, under it I have a piano keyboard that slides in and out, which is important to know. I wanted my prescription to allow me to be a bit closer to the desk to type on the computer keyboard, but also work when I pull out the keyboard and back up. She worked over several visits even allowing me to bring in my computer and a tape measure to make sure that we got the right distance. Between one visit and another, she actually did some additional research and calculations to make sure that when I came in, she had what I needed. During my second visit, she pulled out some old school specs as you see in the picture to get very precise measurements. This is truly an example of service with no limits and a relentless pursuit to solve a problem and create value. In a world of fast paced care, it is great to see someone who is truly dedicated to their craft to this level. Lastly, a special shout out to the two wonderful ladies at the front desk. They both had great attitudes, very personable, knowledgeable, and you could tell they really enjoyed helping people. I had an excellent experience and believe you would as well.

Dr. Augustine is the best!!! She has been monitoring my condition for a few years now, and has decided on an effective treatment. I trust her evaluations and feel very safe and comfortable with her. She also explains well, being careful not to alarm. She is just a pleasant, kind person to talk to and get precise answers.

I have been to three locations of the Marietta Eye clinic and the Windy Hill Office on Spectrum Circle, is by far the absolute best. Very impressed by everything. The Windy Hill Office is now my absolute preference. I loved everything about it, it was my second visit to that location. The staff at all locations are the absolute best. The offices were more personal and I loved that very much. Just the absolute best

Every one was pleasant , respectful and patient. The sit I was at was clean as well as the restroom. The check-in port was down but it was no problem. Timely, meaning they was on point with the time. One hour, in and out. It might have been sooner but my eyes was not focusing so it took a little extra for me. And she was excellent with me plus very respectful. I highly recommend any site of theirs.

No one seems to know how to do their job. My husband and I came in on December 19 at 8:00 a.m. we spoke with a man to order our warranty lenses. He stated he ordered them right then and there and even took us through all the steps. Since then, I have had zero contact and no responses to the voicemails I've left for this location. I later (with in a week or so)returned to order warranty frames and met with a woman. I explained that we were still waiting on our lenses, she never mentioned the lenses but was able to place the order for my frames. However, the frames were sent to the Kennestone location, whenI came to get my frames, no one can provide us with any information about my frames stating they were never ordered. This lady called the other location back and explained everything and then told me our lenses would be in soon. I have zero faith and needed my lenses weeks ago. The front desk staff has not been helpful, and one of the women was very short and dismissive when speaking with us. Unfortunately, this is not our first experience with issues. Last year, we had several problems with our glasses order from the Kennestone location. They initially ordered the wrong prescription, then only one lens had the correct prescription and the lenses were two different colors. When the lenses were installed, my husband's glasses were warped so badly that we had to reorder them after only one week of use. While the general manager at the Kennestone location did what he could to help resolve the situation last year. it's clear that both locations have ongoing issues. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. please note the one star is for this location only as at least kennestone has rectified their situation from last year.

All I can say, If they work beyond what needed to be done. They let me make an appointment again same day as I was late for the first appointment because I got lost me w fine. I can't wait to go back and see them to say thank you again for their hospitality.

I love all the Marriott eye clinics here in Georgia. Their staff is very very nice and the doctors are amazing. I've been growing to them about almost a year now I think it's been about a year, but I love all of them and I have very very good doctors I actually have three doctors And all of them take care of me very well thank you Mary and eye clinic. I appreciate you all.

Friendly staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. Dr. Matli was very helpful when it came to what I needed in order to get my vision to were it needed to be. They were there in my time of need in my emergency eye care. If you ever need anything related to your eye needs this is definitely the place to go. Never a long wait and everyone is welcoming and knowledgeable
