Great visit, Mark has been taking care of my family for years. He and the other tech (sorry didn't get her name) treated me like a friend. Dr. Haywood was excellent. She didn't rush me. I'm currently on meds. She went over each one with me. I was concerned they may effect my eye script. Great visit, everyone was efficient and friendly, great vibe. Thank you.

Doctor Hall is fantastic, very personable and kind. She's great about answering any questions you have. And the Optomap is so cool! You get to see a picture of the back of your eye. Doctor Hall was able to see my eyes change from last year to this year by using the optomap. The opticians Mark, Nick, and Erin are amazing! They're really friendly and just want to help. Best experience at an eye doctor ever.

My whole visit was seamless and very pleasant. Mike was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. While I chose to purchase my contacts elsewhere, his pleasant demeanor remained the same as he was completely understanding and did not in any way try to pressure me into buying through them, as has been my experience at other places. Additionally, Dr. Haywood was friendly and patient, listening to things I had to say, and taking the time to explain procedures and various outcomes with me. This was my first time here and I would be happy to try them again in the future.
