From start to finish, the entire team at Staton Optical delivered an exceptional experience for me and my family. The moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we understood our options, felt comfortable, and received exactly what we needed. I can't recall every name, but I truly want to highlight Debrina, Dee, and Jamal for standing out with their kindness and top-tier service. Their patience, attention to detail, and uplifting energy made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even the team members whose names I may have missed played a huge part in making our visit exceptional. From the eye exam to selecting frames and discussing lens options, everything was seamless. The whole team worked together effortlessly -- answering every question, offering honest recommendations, and treating us like family, not just customers. In a time when great customer service is rare, Staton Optical exceeded every expectation. We left feeling confident, supported, and extremely satisfied with our experience. LOVE THESE PEOPLE! The level of professionalism and excellent customer service makes this place an absolute gem of an establishment. Everyone I've had the pleasure to help me is courteous, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and easy going. Today's visit brought us in because my daughter broke her frames. We walked in (no appointment) and was greeted and helped by Julian who got her in a new pair of frames within 10 minutes. He was very polite and friendly. I really love how genuinely pleasant the people who work there are. No pressure, no sweat, very easy does it vibe. I highly recommend this location.

Today, 1/19/26 - I needed one replacement contact lens..somehow it fell down the sink. I called to get just one..and I would have to purchase a whole set (both eyes). I have to pay for my vision insurance out of pocket (I'm self-employed). I have been with Stanton for TWO years and I can't just walk in a get a simple replacement contact lens- the prescription is up to date- per the customer service rep. I told the rep that's why I am taking my business elsewhere where the customer service is much more amenable to my needs. Also, when I purchased my lens' last year, I used my insurance and I had some money left over and I wanted to apply that to my glasses. AFTER my payment was processed, I was told that I had to use all of my allowance at once! That was not mentioned beforehand. This is another reason why I am dissatisfied with this company. If I could give it no stars I would. No, I do NOT recommend this company.

Went there for contacts and glasses. Ari and Jamal were absolutely phenomenal and really easy to work with. Great, fast service and I love this location!

Darleen and the team here are all great. Great customer service, great choice of lenses and for me, was a quick turnaround time. They strive to make the customer happy.

never got to see the doctor for my eye exam. a tech did everything. there wasn't even one on site. same day appt is a scam. don't go unless you are willing to spend 3 hours getting an eye exam. Took 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to get started. Took an additional hour after the exam to be able to order contacts.

Got to experience my first virtual exam this weekend! I was skeptical at first but the technician, I think her name was Lordom, walked me through the process and how everything would go with the doctor being remote and not in the store. While I waited to be seen I was able to talk to DaBrina the optician about what my options were bc I wasn't using any insurance and I wasn't trying to spend a ton on glasses. She told me about the current promotions they were running. Once I was done with my exam she helped me shop for frames that were more in my price range. We talked about my prescription and lens option and what would work best for what I needed. Overall my experience was great the ladies really took their time with me I didn't feel rushed or like I was bothering them even though I asked a MILLION questions the ladies were super patient with me and I'll definitely be back! I've been wearing glasses since I was a child and have been to plenty of optical shops and this was the first time I felt like the staff not only were knowledgeable but actual enjoyed what they were doing and customer service these days goes a long way!! I told my coworker about this place and she's already scheduled an appointment for herself! Thanks ladies for making this new experience an easy one

We came in searching for replacement glasses for my child and we truly experienced amazing customer service from Jamal and Julian! Amazing energy from the moment we came in and the assistance in helping us get the best deals as well as being able to leave with the glasses the same day!
