Absolutely recommend this Visionworks location. The personnel is excellent. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The reason for 4 is because I find the selection not to be the most varied, but they have enough and are great at accommodating. Will continue to go for myself and my two teenage children.

I had a fantastic experience at this location! I had an amazing eye exam with Nooshin Sharifi, she went above and beyond, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. The manager, Joe, and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful in assisting me with choosing the right glasses and contact lenses. I definitely recommend this location! Thank you!

All the staff are incredibly pleasant and eager to please. The technicians and doctor took time to explain what they were doing and answer all questions. They are skilled and clearly care about my well-being. They were transparent about costs and what my benefits cover and offered options without trying to upsell. They went out of their way to adjust several pairs of glasses I brought in with me. I also got good and cheerful advice on picking my new frames. I will note that the frame selection is rather bland and not very large but I don't think that's the fault of the staff there. I found cool ones I really like. I had been really concerned about replacing all of my care providers since moving here in 2022. I was unsure about a franchise operation but am very glad to have found Visionworks here at Pinestraw Place!

On August 23, 2025, I had an exam at this location and received trial contact lenses. That same day, I paid in full for a 6-month supply. Since then, I have dealt with nothing but delays, excuses, and unprofessional service. After waiting 2.5 weeks with no update, I had to call the store myself. Joel, the store manager, told me my order would be ready for pickup on September 13. That date came and went with no contact from the store. When I called again, I was told the manager was unavailable. On September 16, Joel finally returned my call and admitted my order still was not ready. He promised to reissue the order and ship it directly to my home address. Now it is September 22--almost a full month after my appointment--and I still do not have my lenses. Today, Joel provided me with a tracking number, and while reviewing it together, I discovered that he failed to include my apartment number, which will cause yet another delay. This is completely unacceptable. Vision care is not optional--it is essential--and I should not have to chase down an order I paid for weeks ago. The mishandling of my order, the lack of communication, and the repeated mistakes demonstrate a total disregard for customers. I have been strung along for a month by Joel, the store manager at location #1448, and there has been no accountability from regional manager Brad Morgan either. At this point, I am demanding immediate action to correct this issue and a clear explanation as to why my order has been mishandled from the start. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and escalating this matter further if necessary. Customers should never have to fight this hard to receive products they already paid for.

Cudos to the folks at Visionworks on Johnson's Ferry Rd East Cobb. Upon arrival I was quickly greeted and attended to my needs of getting my new prescription for glasses ordered. Young lady & young man took real good care of me and I was able to find a new frame and measured for new progressive lenses. The manager came and tightened the older frames for me and assisted in getting my insurance processed. Thumbs up for the team!

I had an amazing in store experience today! All started from the moment I entered the store with such a warm greeting from Manager Joel. Employee Zoe assisted me with selection and she was awesome! Brian also stepped in to assist and is such a team player. Sorry I can't remember the other two employees names however they were great as well. The young man training was doing a great job leading by example. This was a seamless experience and the store team was very collaborative from step to step. Today I observed TEAMWORK, TRAINING, and TEAM PLAYERS! WELL DONE!!!! Thanks for providing an amazing experience!

Brian at Visionworks was pleasant and personable and gave me his full attention throughout my order for lens replacements. I will definitely visit the store for my next pair of frames.
