Kayla was great with the preliminary eye tests, and Heather was extremely helpful in getting new lenses for my frames - her expertise and warm personality made the process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We've waited six weeks for my daughter's glasses. Wildwood has not reached out to us to provide updates.
I have called many times and been told the glasses were delayed and would be in that week. Then that the glasses were broken and sent back and would be in that week.
It's understandable that shipments may be delayed or damaged. But lack of updates is not appreciated.

Professional, friendly, and experienced staff. I felt like I was really heard when answering questions. They were upfront and honest with what pricing would be and what my insurance did and did not cover, which I greatly appreciated. Recommendations were made about my eye care and contacts but not pushed upon me. I would not buy glasses here as they were expensive even with insurance factored in. The office is a little dated and dark but very clean.
