I was having a fuzzy eyeball feeling. I went back in and Susan, one of the technicians, took my glasses and came back 10 minutes later. No more fuzzy eyeball feeling. I don't know what she did but it worked! The best part is how kind and considerate the staff is.

With all the changes to this location, the only reason we have kept coming back is because of the amazing office manager (Katie) who has been the one constant over the years -she is extremely kind and professional. I was reluctant to come in and see a doctor virtually, but the tech (Blaire) was very sweet and knowledgeable as well. Being evaluated by the virtual doctor wasn't as bad as I was anticipating, and he was very attentive to my questions and informative (Dr. Turner). I just wish the glasses could come in sooner.

Staff was sweet, caring and helpful. Much better than our experience with the MyEyeDr on wrightsboro Rd! The only complaint I have is we waited 2 weeks after ordering my daughter's glasses to hear from them about our order being ready to pick up, when I didn't hear from them by day 14 I called them and the glasses were there and ready, just would've appreciated them reaching out and letting us know when they came in

From the moment I stepped in I was greeted with a smile by the lovely Elsie, it was my first time here and there was little paperwork to do which was nice. The tech who helped me shortly after Ana was so kind and I really appreciate that they don't use the puff of air machine anymore this office elevated my experience by using something different. By high quality devices to help patient satisfaction it's a complete game changer. They also allowed me to choose if I wanted to use a machine that took photos versus the dilation drops which I also can't stand so this made me even happier. Dr.Schwan was so professional and knowledgeable I really enjoyed my visit with her. Then at the end I was helped by Blaire who helped me order my contacts and informed me about a rebate that the specific contact brand was offering. I even qualified to pick out a brand new pair of sunglasses that they had in a display case, and this was the cherry on top! I felt seen, heard and understood. Thank you for providing patients this type of excellent service!

Elise and Anna were precise. I was able to get an appointment immediately. Dr. Villa made me comfortable about the awareness of needing glasses at my age. Overall good experience. Payment processing was interesting but it was alright.

This place makes virtual appointments however, they cannot keep track of their doctors. They also nickel and dime patients for extra fees that arent included in insurance.

I was greeting with such energetic and beautiful women just walking in! My doctor Dr. Schwan, was new and she was so kind to me! She made such an effort to make sure I was comfortable and she went above and beyond for her service for me! Especially for my contacts! Sincerely thank you. And Mrs. Angela and Mrs. Bailey were so kind to me. I felt so comfortable and safe to ask any questions and really enjoyed my experience there! Thank you guys!

My experience was awesome! I forget the name of the doctor who assisted me, but we had a great chat and everything was great! Angela was great as well!
