I am very grateful to have RISE in Augusta. I am thoroughly impressed by Dr. Preeti Poley's professionalism and the quality of care she provides. Her thorough explanations and attention to detail gave me a great sense of comfort and assurance. The facility was clean and well-equipped with the latest technology, which made me feel confident in my choice. Additionally, the staff members were very responsive, courteous, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place

My experience with Dr. Poley was excellent. The examination was very thorough, and the doctor took time to explain everything in a way I could easily understand. I never felt rushed, and all my concerns were addressed with patience and care. The staff was also friendly and organized, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I'm very grateful for the quality of care I received and would highly recommend this practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Poley for quite some time. I am blessed to have her as my physician. She always takes the time to explain things, shows you images, and answers any questions eagerly. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and, with that, has the best bedside manner. It's a pleasure to have her as the doctor I depend upon to take care of my eyes. I will gladly continue to see her and will recommend her to anyone inquiring.

The staff as a whole are professional and, when communicating with you, actually listen to and focus on you. If you have a question they do not have an answer for, they will inform you directly rather than dancing around it and try to find the information. Dr. Preeti is the same. She completely listens to patients' questions and comments and THEN will respond; One of very few doctors that do not hear only buzz or trigger words, or that follow a checklist. They (staff and doctor) also make sure patients are aware of options or different treatments, if they are available, even if the patient needs to go elsewhere for the treatment. The patient really comes first.

So I was referred to DR POLEYS office by my eye Dr. I started going to her practice in July. It took a few months for the greeting staff to come around. Customer service started out iffy. Her Dr style is a bit aggressive but I let her have her way. I showed up to all my appointments on time, payed a lot of out of pocket fees for shots, lasers & surgery. As of recently she got really pushy putting a lot of surgery's & ect on me. When I inquired before Christmas to get a second option by someone about a major surgery she wants to do , I was told by her staff oh she doesn't like that & may not release your documents!!!!! All over wanting a second option? Ok so I came in and signed a release the same day which was 3 1/2 weeks ago. They are just now today releasing the information to the other retina center & I was advised I was dropped from the practice. I feel like it is retaliation from wanted a second opinion about a major surgery. I find this very unprofessional. I know this Dr just didn't think I was finna let her go in my eye & possible worsen my vision as she said was a result without clarity. So that lead me to this!!! The communication, professionalism & hospitality is all screwed up. Upon first going to this practice I asked for itemized receipts for my out of pocket it took 3 months & several tries. Initially them writing in pen on a basic receipt Laser smh, could I have not did that? UNPROFESSIONAL... Next they have forgotten appointments they have scheduled and I've missed work and received no care multiple times no COMMUNICATION or empathy. Lastly, Dr. Poley is very aggressive in pressuring you into treatments, I didn't mind the aggression what I minded was the I'm just expected to do what you say without valid explanation. You have to take your time with people and communicate they health no OH TODAY IMMA GIVE YOU A SHOT IB YOUR EYE SO GET READY , or OH WE GOING TO DI LASER CAUSE YOU NEED IT! Aside from all that & her tryna pile up 2 to 3 surgeries on my in one month. They was looking to be a ok place. Her dropping me because of my inquiry is very distasteful & my mom have been going to a retina specialist that has improved her site so I will be trying them so no worries. 3/10 if I had to rate & wouldn't send anyone here tbh. Best wishes hope they take notes.

My bride and myself have both been solid fans and appreciate the professionalism of Preeti R. Poley MD and her staff for close to 9 years now... Her organization, in both Waynesboro and Augusta/Martinez ... is top notch, effective, responsive to patient needs, empathetic and clinically solid. You will find her group and team to be the same for yourself. Excellent clinical and medical skills, informed, leading edge medically - she is very much a professional in her chosen field of medicine. You will find Dr. Poley sets the standard for high end ophthalmological medical doctors, surgeons, and care givers. She remains at the top of her game, has state of the art diagnostics equipment, and we have come to appreciate her as a medical doctor and is a trusted person. She is someone who's advice you can trust, takes her work hyper-seriously and his vigilant, forward looking. If you pass on this team, you are doing yourself a major disservice. So glad she opened up in Augusta too!! She and her team are some of the hardest working people we know, 24/7. Vision is nothing to take for granted!! Let RISE be part of your team to better visual health. AAA++++++++

Dr. Poley is an incredible doctor and saved my father's vision (and his life). If you ever have any vision needs, this is the pace to go.

I called back twice and was left on hold for over forty minutes. I'm so thankful that during an emergency I was able to receive prompt care SOMEWHERE ELSE. I would not recommend anyone even try here. There are a few options in the Augusta area! Go somewhere else where your time and health are valued. You will not find help here.
