Absolute worst customer service!!!! The doctor, when asked multiple questions in confidence while still in the room with her, completely disregarded my questions or said, "Don't worry about that." No detailed explanation or follow-up to ensure I understood what she was saying. Keep in mind I was asking follow-up questions to certain things she was asking me about or when she mentioned something to me within the exam room. The young lady within the exam room prior to the doctor was not able to explain to me why two of the machines were different or priced differently, and when asked, she kept repeating the same thing. I explained it was not like that before. After taking a deep breath and elevating her tone, she said I would have to reschedule with a remote doctor for it to be included with my insurance. It wasn't a matter of a money issue, but I would like to know why I'm paying something different. I got to where I'm picking out my glasses and was supposed to get contacts also for myself and one of my kids. This young lady was really nice, but a lack of knowledge for the job runs through the entire establishment. When coming back to get my glasses, the lady with braids felt the need to argue with me about what I was told by her and the manager on my previous visit. This was the same young lady that failed to follow up on my son's contact lenses prescription. She checked him out. I'm showing that I booked an appointment for both. I was instructed when I come back they will provide me with the prescription for the contact lenses. I never asked for contact lenses for him, just the prescription because I was going to order them somewhere else. It was, " I will not allow you to get the final words when her verbiage was wrong to begin with." I asked for his prescription, not trial lenses nor his contact lenses. She said we never would've sent you home with it. Well, they sent me home with mine, and I never ordered any from them. I wish I wouldn't have to go back here for whatever class her manager mentioned we will have to come back for, which we were never explained. The battle of who is wrong or right, horrible customer service, and lack of knowledge for the job. Customer service is lacking so badly within this establishment that everything I was saying to the manager and the young lady with braids that decided to walk away from me and not help me if they would've looked around the establishment the other customers were shaking their head agreeing with me. This place has really gone down!!!

This is my second time getting an eye examination with America's Best and the first time at this location. Quiet, clean, and well organized. I added a few pictures for detail, clarity, and, of course, some of the pairs of glasses I was considering to show their selection. One of the things I like about them is the cost breakdown of everything. Depending upon your insurance, the FDT and Retinal Imaging exam portion may be covered, but in my case, it was an additional $ 30 with each exam at that time. It gives more detail concerning your eye health, so I opted for it to cover my son and I. One other thing I appreciate is the frame repair. That same morning before our mutual appointments, one of screws in my son's old pairs of glasses came loose. It was spring-loaded. The technician was able to repair it before we left.

Had an appointment and was on time. Took 30 minutes from the time of my appointment to exam. Took over an hour after that before someone could help me with my glasses/contacts. Wanted to do a trial of the contacts as it is my first time wearing contacts. The lady that handled contacts would not let me take home the trial contacts because of "liability" because she couldn't help me today and wanted me to come back another day. Her attitude was all wrong. Even the lady helping me looked at her sideways. I get they were short staffed, but the contact lady's attitude was all off. The reason for the 2 stars is for the associate that was helping me. I did get my prescriptions, but I won't be coming back here.

Had an excellent experience at the McDonough location. Even though they were very busy, they were very courteous and helpful.

Twice my glasses were wrong. Then I was told my frame choice had to be changed. The third attempt is taking much longer to receive. The staff is not friendly, other than Sarah, she's very helpful and friendly. Once I get my glasses and they're correct, I will not be going back. *McDonough location *

I had an excellent experience at the McDonough location! Sarah was incredibly kind and patient as she taught me how to wear contacts for the first time. She took her time answering all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with something I was very unfamiliar with. I truly appreciate her professionalism and encouragement. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great care and friendly service.

Dr. O, does not know how to communicate nor is she respectful at all. I have only personally been to this location three times the first time was an older white man who was wonderful! (i can't remember his name) But the past two time I got Dr. O, The first time I just wanted to get my prescription updated, and she gave me three different prescriptions the first two which were wrong. The second time (last week) I wanted to get some new trials for different brand of contacts, everytime I've been to her she seems to rush like she is out of time. She then told me, "well maybe you're just not a candidate for contacts" after i told her I wanted to try a new brand. We asked her about Myopia to prevent my prescription from getting worse and instead of saying that she didn't know, she went in circles and when she couldn't answer anymore of our questions she said, "okay it's time for you guys to leave" Overall Dr O is a terrible and unprofessional doctor. However, the establishment is clean, and the front desk is nice.

I've been dealing with Ms. Sarah for about 3 years now and she is always the best to work with. She makes sure me and all my family members are taken care of with extreme patience even if we can be a brief headache time to time. Thank you for help over the years!
