Very friendly staff and Dr. Laura Depoe was outstanding. The only reason I give two stars is I paid almost $400 for glasses a month ago and still have not heard anything about when they'll be ready. Called a couple of weeks ago to get an update and the woman I spoke with was kind of nonchalant and uncaring. Does not change my opinion about the doctor and staff being friendly, though. Just want my glasses. I can't see! Lol

I came here on Friday for my eye appointment. I gave them my ID and I never got it back. When I returned with the clipboard no one was there to receive it so I placed it down and went to look at the glasses. A lady came to tell me she could help me if I like a pair.. Minutes later I got called to the back for my exam. No one gave me my ID during the exam. When it was over, I got some contacts and wasn't even given the contact starter kit. No I left there with no kit and without my drivers license. I called today(Monday) and they are claiming they gave it back. I had a small purse and an even smaller wallet. I've asked them to review the cameras and am waiting on a response because I know what happened and want my property back. I wouldn't trust them with my belongings and will be going to a different location moving forward.
