I was attended in a very unique way. The help of Jessica over the phone in order to accommodate me without appointment, Melanie in the selection of my frame with her detail breakdown of my insurance benefits coverage and Tawanda in the way she assisted me with her "attention to detail attitude" and safety (starting from holding the chair to my safe departure when my eyes were dilated) assures me the highest level of professionalism from MFEC that I haven't experienced in years. They are an asset to your organization doctor. Thank you team!!

The staff at the McDonough Family Eye Care were very welcoming and friendly. The environment is very relaxing. There is plenty of space in the waiting area, the scent is pleasant, and the service is awesome. The two techs that I saw were Ryan and Chris, both of these gentleman made my visit quick and comfortable. Dr. Scott was also very welcoming and straight to the point. I was seen within my appointment time frame and out within 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I have been going to McDonough Family Eye Care for about 3-4 years. We have had excellent customer service every single time. We have each seen both doctors and they are wonderful. The staff is incredible and they take the time to explain things very well. At each visit, we were told up front exactly what our insurance would pay and what portion would be our responsibility. I highly recommend this practice and can't wait until they are in their new facility....they are definitely outgrowing this location.

I was thoroughly impressed by all the staff from the receptionist to the Doctor. There is a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere in the office. The Doctor answered all my questions with confidence with an understanding of my condition. I really enjoyed Ms. Brittany who treated me with the utmost respect and care. I can't wait until my new glasses are in. I would highly recommend this eye doctor to anyone.

Such an AMAZING eye care experience! I have seen many eye Dr's in my time and these people are AMAZING AND THOROUGH! I felt like I received the best eye exam and care that I ever have before! Stacey was extremely knowledgeable of their products and helped me to choose what best fit my eyes needs and my wallet!! Such a great experience! I would suggest and recommend McDonough Family Eye Care to everyone I know and then some!! The atmosphere and equipment and technology used is awesome!! State of the art!

Was looking for a new optometrist and was NOT disappointed. The staff and doctors were super professional and helpful. The doctors take time to explain your condition and make a treatment plan. They genuinely cared. They fit me in the same day for new eye issues. If you are looking for an optometrist, this is the place to go. You won't be disappointed. I will be bringing my entire family.

Really loved my visit to this place. The facility is clean and stocked with the state-of-the-art eye examination equipment. The staff are exceptional and made me feel welcome. The Dr. sealed the deal with you thorough explanation of the results and patiently answered all my questions. Overall, this McDonough Family Eye Care was exceptional and I'm very pleased to now I've found my new eye doctor. Strongly recommend.

I'm really impressed by this place. First time in for an eye exam, didn't have to fill out any paperwork, they had all my info already prepared before I ever got there. Didn't really have to wait, they got me in and out super fast. No eye dilation required for the exam, they have some new tech in there that images your retinas and it was covered by my insurance. They're extremely efficient, I actually enjoyed the experience. The person that handled ordering my contacts was able to find me a price match online and got me a good deal plus they give out a free pair of sunglasses when you order. Also, they were very careful about sanitizing everything and following COVID protocol.
