I appreciate the staff at this office. My husband and I had our appointments with Dr. Williamson. It was our first time with him and he was fantastic. I love how he explains everything so clearly for one to understand. Every aspect of our encounter with him was good. He is very professional and the handover to the eyeglass technician, Yami, was so awesome and we hope to work with her next year as well. She's a great addition to this office. Also, the office manager is wonderful. Her professionalism is top notch. The receptionist is great as well.

Always a wonderful experience when I visit. Dr. James Draper is efficient and knowledgeable. The most pleasant experience came at checkout when deciding which frames to pick. Yami was very precise in explaining things. Not only is she an expert in her area but she explains things with ease (very much like a teacher). Eye exams and the whole process can be a lot especially when taking children. While mot an exclusively pediatric practice, they did exceptional handling our kiddos. The whole staff is friendly, extremely patient and willing to explain whatever you need them to. Yami helped us understand our insurance coverage and alternative options for the things we needed. 10/10 would recommend.
