The McDonough location is amazing. Customer service was amazing. I came the day before my appointment and Tiffany did a great job with explaining my benefits so that I take advantage of what was the best option. Tousif took his time with me and explaining the difference options in my contact selection. Dr. Key was very thorough and when doing my eyes exam in explaining my vision concerns. Definitely a 10 for me and highly recommend!

From the time I walked in the door everything was great. The doctor was wonderful and exam went well. He answered any questions I had. Ms April was awesome with helping me with my glasses selection as well as checking me out. She's always a pleasure everytime I go for my exams.

They got me in and out very quickly with my eye exam. The office was clean and all staff were so clean. April assisted me with finding a pair of frames. She was polite, she did not rush me, and she interacted and even helped me pick the frames I purchased since I was so indecisive. I must say it was a good pic too, I've been getting a ton of compliments. Thank you and I'll be back!

I usually get decent customer service but, today I went into Vision Works, Henry Town Center. I have been doing business with them for almost 3 years. I explain to the young lady that I had broken my glasses and that I needed some sample contacts to hold me over for a few days until I can get my eyes re-examined for my updated contacts and glasses. All she kept saying is that she couldn't help me unless I got an exam but the doctor is not taking any walk-ins at the moment. I explained that my flex spending begins again January 1, a few days from today. After January 1, I'll be happy to come and get my exam but I just need some sample lenses so that I can see. Keep in mind they have my eyeglass and contact prescription on record. The young lady displayed no compassion, and no understanding. She just kept repeating. "I'm sorry I can't help you." Where is the compassion to help your customers in the case of an emergency with broken glasses and no walk-in appointments available. I'm very disappointed with the lack of care and concern for a customer in need. I guess they don't want or need my business anymore.
