We have been seeing Dr. Budman in Newnan for 6 years. We live in Columbus and it is absolutely worth the drive. He is amazing and we adore his staff. From day one, they have made my daughter comfortable. She is not at all afraid and now loves to come see Dr. Budman. During our most recent visit, I e had the most amazing nurse who was funny and easily related to us. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience each year! We are truly grateful.

He answered all my questions and addressed every concern. I was plesantLy surprised when he came to check on me after surgery. If you are considering cataract surgery, see your way clear (my apologies to my English/Lit professor) to Dr Gardner and his team of professionals! My experience before, during, and after surgery was excellent. I can now read without glasses, see brighter colors, and using sunglasses again. Dr Gardner came highly recommended to me by my golf buddies and I am doing the same herein!

Canceled my preoperative visit and future cataract surgeries today. Had a few simple questions prior to the preop that would determine if I needed to delay the preop and surgeries. Left a couple of voicemails requesting a callback and an individual said they would place a note with my request on her desk. No response, so I canceled all services.
Sorry, but I am old school and customer service is meaningful to me. So much has changed since my father's medical practice.
Update: Received a call after I canceled everything with the excuse of "I've been too busy to return voicemails since I was off Monday". No apology, no mention about the reason for my calls, just confirmation that I wanted to cancel everything and phone hangs up.
I know that most doctors today are not concerned about the actions of their staff, but they should be.
