I had an amazing experience at Thomas Eye Group! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The office was clean and well-organized, and I didn't have a long wait time. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the exam. I truly felt like they cared about my eye health and not just rushing through an appointment. I highly recommend Thomas Eye Group to anyone looking for exceptional care and outstanding customer service!

The Thomas Eye Group has wonderfully skilled and talented people working for their office! Besides being friendly, their staff is amazing with answering questions and being a wealth of knowledge. The ophthalmologist and direct staff were amazing as well. - Take it from someone only seeing clearly out of one eye going in and a plan to see out of both going out... EYE AGREE!

1st time visit & it was great. The staff was so helpful. I could tell they enjoyed their job. Dr. Patel was great! Extremely knowledgeable of my eye condition. He was straight forward about my condition. He had to refer me to a specialist. He gave me lots of good information. The staff set up my appointment with the specialist before I left. I enjoyed my visit with the Thomas Eye Group in Newnan & I definitely recommend them.

I recently joined Thomas Eye Group for my eye care. Dr. Amber Flynn has been amazing. She is genuine and down to earth. Importantly, she spends time with her patients and actually listens to them. My previous eye doctors, in three different cities, merely told me to use over-the counter drops to relieve my dry eye syndrome. Dr. Flynn is the first to actually test my eyes to determine the cause in order to find the appropriate treatment. Her staff is also very pleasant and kind. I would be remiss if I did not mention Heather at the front desk. She has been so helpful. Thomas Eye Group could not find anyone better for welcoming patients into the practice.

Thomas Eye Group is an excellent doctor's group. They really respect the patient's time, and work to get you in and out. I have been seeing Dr. Saracini at Thomas for years. She is always extremely thorough and very helpful. Highly recommend this group, and specifically Dr. Saracini.

This has to be the most frustrating and inept opthomologists office I have ever been to. Since I have had serious eye concerns for the last 47 years, that is a good bit of experience and says a lot. From the rude front desk to ridiculous fees, I will be taking our business elsewhere. I took my teenager for a routine eye exam here a few weeks ago. I signed up for the portal and completed all paperwork prior to our appointment, even left a card on file for any extra charges. Since we are self pay, I was told it would be $250 down and any other charges would be charged to the card. I paid with the rep on the phone and thought we were set. The day of our visit, I was "greeted" by Linda with a curt "Sign in" when I approached the desk to let her know we were new. I explained that this was our first visit and she rolled her eyes. That should have been my first clue. After I was summoned by Linda (guess she decided our existence mattered 20 seconds later) I was told I needed to provide a card and a FIVE HUNDRED dollar deposit! I explained that I had prepaid $250 and she argued with me, telling me that was wrong and if I wanted to see the doctor, this was required to pay again because I am uninsured. I told her to cancel the appointment then. Another woman showed up to explain MY error (not the staff's) and allowed me to sign in, this time, as a "courtesy". We were seen by the tech and doctor, who were both very nice. Robin was nice, too. After receiving our prescription for new glasses, we checked out and were billed another $95 dollars. Fast forward, we got the glasses in and my kid cannot see anything. After looking at the prescription and speaking with the tech who filled the prescription, her numbers were way off of what she has historically been prescribed. I called Thomas Eye Group and they said they would need to review the glasses and to book a follow up. When I asked if we would be charged for the recheck, the woman dodged the question and said Robin bills separately from the doctor and it could be no charge up to another $200 but that was up to Robin and she would call me back to let me know. That was four days ago. Suprise. No call back but I have received a call to change the appointment (informed that she didn't need to be seen for another year. ????), another to get my insurance information (self pay, remember?), and a few calls to confirm the upcoming recheck. At the appointment, the doctor said to come back in 30 days to check her again. It is even in our summary. Now they don't need to see her for a year? I guess it depends on who is working. P.S. offices are not allowed ro charge you for a glasses recheck within 90 days. That is GA law. At this point, I am done. This office has no clue. My teen was seen for a basic eye exam. Between the exam and glasses, I have now spent $600 and she still doesn't have a correct pair of glasses. I have been on hold for 30 minutes while the lady checks to see if we are actually supposed to come, wait a month, or follow up in a year. Fifty three minutes on the phoe with Alex (who was phenomenal and so sweet) bt still no answer on how much it would be. Do yourself a favor and go to Eye Consultants of Atlanta. They may have rude front desk staff but at least they know what they are doing. Geeze.

It would be appreciated by all your clients if you would advise them of the delay. I waited in the outside room for one hour before I was called back and then almost another Hour for the Doctor. This lack of communication is deafening and not very thoughful on the manager's part. I know there can be delays but it would be thoughtful and courteous to be informed of the delay and the reason. You have some very helpul and kind and outstanding Doctors so why not continue to go the extra mile in this day of AGITA. Thank you.

Dr Garza is phenomenal! Dr Garza is always thorough and empathetic. I never feel rushed and he pays attention to what you say and how you feel. He is the Marcus Welby type doctor just much younger. Dr Garza truly enjoyes his field and it comes through in every visit. Also, the receptionist treat you like family. Ms. Linda is a jewel and a lovely lady. Always concerned with how I am doing. Heather is so sweet. This Newnan office is just where I want to be. I am extremely comfortable there. They are always accommodating. YES, you should go there too!
