Jeffries Eye Care

I've always had a good experience at Jeffries. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Today, I had an especially good visit. Chandler fixed my glasses (they were pretty solidly messed up, I wasn't sure how salvageable they were) and switched the nose pads out. It was a great surprise on both fronts.

I have been seeing Dr Jeffries for many years. I find her to be very personable and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues with her office, and her staff is usually extremely helpful. My whole family uses this office for eye Care and I would highly recommend it.

Cassie is the kindest and most hands on office manager I've ever met! She assisted with training my son to put in his new contact lenses and made sure we understood everything as if we were her own family ! The hospitality in this office is amazing!

Went in to get glasses straightened. Lady said we don't carry this brand. Took them back and said again, are you sure you got them here? We told her to look us up, been coming here a long time. Glasses are less than a year old. When we said Davis vision she said, oh. I mentioned could she tell us if being less than a year old would they be covered since the temple bends easily. She responded, I don't know I'd have to call. However she didn't offer to do that. Plenty friendly but not very professional.

I have been with Jeffries Eye Care for 13 years and they always do a thorough job with my annual exams and have fit me into the schedule for a visit with an eye concern. They carry a nice selection of frames as well.

All the negative reviews are accurate. I explicitly asked for a procedure to not be done as it causes extreme pain to my eyes and said they could write I declined it however their shady helpers tricked me into sitting at the machine by telling me it would be the next one not this one and performed the test anyway. In turn Immediately causing a burning sensation in my eye then gave me attitude when I refused the other eye and were very annoyed to help when asking for eye drops to help then proceeded to give me contact solution and don't tell me it's not supposed to go in my eye when I asked for eye drops causing it to burn more!!!!!! Doctor was fine but workers don't know their head from their............

Dr. Jeffries is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I always have a great experience when I get my eye exam. My only complaint is there was not enough attention paid to customers when picking up new glasses. There was only one person helping people who were picking up glasses, and the rest of us had to wait. I finally went to the front desk and asked for help. All of the employees were very nice. There needs to be more people to help the customers.

I love Dr. Jeffries. I have been seeing her for years. She is the most caring doctor. Also, she is excellent in her profession. During the course of my experience with her, she has helped me with several eye conditions. Her office staff is most professional. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Jeffries.
