outstanding from the time we came in the door and met with the staff and the eye dr. The manager was very nice and helpful and Alexis made it a smooth checkout. Better than any other eye exam places we have gone to in years! We will be back again! Customer service and kindness was so awesome here by the employees too.

This is the most professional and kind doctor's office I have ever been too. I had an unexpected accident right before Christmas Eve and Dr. Thompson worked me in because she didn't want me going on vacation with an uncomfortable scratch on my eye and possible infection. Her crew and herself showed such kindness today, and I was blown away. I will definitely come to this office again for any vision/eye needs. Merry Christmas!

My grandmother and I have gone here for a long time, before MyEyeDr took over. She was recently told she couldn't be seen due to their 10 minute late policy. Her appointment was at 9:15. When she entered and was turned away, it was 9:18. Now, she is out of her dry eye prescribed medicine and cannot get a refill because she "missed" her appointment and will have to reschedule. We really love Dr. Thompson but this situation has become frustrating as she is having to try to schedule a new appointment after traveling 45+ minutes to her original appointment. However, we decided to start going to another eye doctor, which sucks because we really liked this place!

My family (17 of us) is SO ECSTATIC that Dr. Thompson is back. You could NEVER replace her! As for the new eyeglass staff up front they are so much better than the last group. Terrance (Mr.T) is so knowledgeable and helpful he takes his time to take care of you and make sure everything is right before you leave. Along with taking care of your needs he takes the time to train and explain things to the other employees helping.

Great staff and quality service made everything swift and easy even provided a few laughs lol. 10/10

Service is outstanding. They're professional and spent need time with you to ensure everything is good. I did have to go back for some adjustments on my eye glasses and the Office Manager was very accommodating. I recommend this place!

Terrence and Ashanti are absolutely amazing!! My child loves asking a million questions and loves to touch everything, they never lost patience & answered every question. I truly appreciate them making the experience enjoyable.
