I was blown away by the customer service I received at the Perry location yesterday! All of the ladies and the doctor at the vision center were so kind. They greeted me and got me ready for my appointment right away. They didn't miss a beat when it came to sanitizing every surface someone touched! I am super impressed and will definitely be back for any of my vision needs. I wish I could remember their names but every one of y'all were awesome, thank you so much!!!

Always received good service in the past. I called about getting an adjustment made to my new glasses and was told to come in the next business day, was given the new time schedule due to covid19 and that everything would be taken care of. Showed up as planned and was told that service is no longer offered. At least update your website as this is where people get most of their information.

Huge thank you to Yvette at Walmart Vision Center in Perry, GA. I dropped and stepped on my glasses and thought the frame could not be repaired because of the type of frame it was! She proved me wrong! Not only did she repair them, but she fitted and adjusted them to fit sturdy on my face again! Thanks Yvette!

The staff is usually so kind, but I called very recently to make an appointment and the person who answer was just the RUDES! They said they did not have a doctor, okay, but was there a need to re-say the same thing again loud in that attitude "WE- D O N O T HAVE A D-O-C-T-O-R!" I was going to just say okay bye idk why they got that attitude. I'll take my business else where, I hope they get the old staff back ASAP before they lose more customers. I have been here for 12+ years.
