Koe was amazing and made my checkout time easy and fun. As for the actual experience I wanted hourssss to be seen. They also were calling people that got there after me and their appointment times were WAY after mines. I'm highly disappointed because I had other obligations to tend to and missed a few due to me waiting so long to be seen. Waited hour and a half for just the PRE screening. Then waited another hour to be seen by the actual doctor. I highly recommend not coming here only if you have 3 and a half hours to waste.

Love the staff here. Very patient and attentive every time I walk through the door. The lady by the front desk who helped with my glasses is super nice and welcoming. She helped me pick out what worked best for my face and was patient with my indecision. Will definitely come back

Great experience from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out! The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and great with answering my questions. A special shoutout to Koe, who helped me figure out what were the best products for me personally, explaining everything so that there were no surprises and for doing everything to help me save as much as I could! Customer service was top notch from every one of them, but Koe stood out the most, and is he's the epitome of excellent customer service! Will certainly be back next time I need an eye exam or anything, and I recommend to anyone needing one as well!

Had to take my youngest daughter to an appointment at the Pooler location they were great. Assistant Manager Mitchell is super helpful to all employees and if you're looking at glasses or sunglasses Koe can sunglasses help find whatever you're looking for. Koe was patient and helpful in presenting all options. He brought up great points about getting/ needing 2 pairs and found is the best pairs and deals.

Absolutely terrible!!! Do not come here unless you have an entire day to waste waiting ! Basically they have tele Drs that they have to "compete" for with every other eye place in the country , (we were told ) and they are as expensive as the non chain eye places . Going on FOUR hours and STILL WAITING . Seriously DONT offer appointments at a specific time if you're just relying on a lottery system to get a Dr ! I should have known it would be terrible as when we got here I stood at the desk and the receptionist COMPLETELY IGNORED me , didn't even acknowledge me standing there . After several minutes I finally said "do we need to check in?" She finally answered me "yes" . A guy named Mitchell was nice and seemed apologetic as we questioned how long we would be . We would have left but we had so much time invested. BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have to say from check-in to check out I had a wonderful experience. Miss Jenn was knowledgeable, kind and very professional. Dr. Belka listened to my concerns and offered solutions. I once again had a great experience.

Mitchell is awesome, kind, and patient. He goes above and beyond and provides wonderful customer service. He always has a kind attitude and I greatly appreciate it especially having stage 4 cancer. Thank you for everyone's help as well and I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

The service was extremely slow. My appointment was at 4:50, I checked in 5 minutes early. I did not leave until 7:00 pm. It took over 2 hours to get a contact lens exam. I was told the doctor was "new" and they did apologize for the wait, but being a person who works in both customer service and has management experience, you have to pivot and adjust which situations arise. None of this was done nor was there any type of compensation to make the experience better. It truly was a mess.
