What a nightmare. The doctor was kind and nice but I wasn't notified of any out of pocket until after my appointment, in which I asked for only services covered by insurance. My insurance incorrectly processed my claim and they sent me to collections promptly before my claim was reprocessed. Once properly processed getting a reimbursement has been a never ending horrible experience. The billing service and office run you in circles and provide false info about it being my deductible (I don't have one) or shouldn't have a bill and check my bank account insinuating fraud from their own billing?! Just avoid this business all together. Two stars just because the Dr was nice.

Great service as always. Lisa helped me find the best discounts and I was able to get two pairs for the price of one! I will once again, come whenever I need new glasses.

The only get 2 stars for the nice doctor. I took my son there 1/28/26 for an appointment because he needed new glasses. The young lady that we encountered before seeing the actual doctor was nice in a sense. She asked me was it okay to dilate my son's eyes. I said yes that's fine. Then we went to another room and She was talking about a bunch of things and what each of those things were. She needed to turn the lights off and close the curtain to look at his eyes. I didn't go in because it was a super tiny room and I did not want to be cramped in there and be in the way. Then went and saw the doctor once she finished. Then my son was looking for some frames but he didn't like the selection they had so I opted to take the prescription and look somewhere else for frames. Once we were getting to leave, one of the ladies said I owed $44 dollars for a retinal scan that I didn't even agree to. I paid and we left. The following day I called to inquire about how to access the information I completed online and no one knew how to access it. She asked why I needed to access it and explained because I want to see if I agreed to a retinal scan on there because I didnt agree to it while I was there in person. She put me on hold and then someone else came on the phone and I had to explain the same thing. The Second Lady on the phone said that the First Lady who answered the phone was the young lady I interacted with on the day of the appointment and that she said she remembered me and that she told me about the retinal scan and that I agreed. I said she never asked if she can do a retinal scan nor did she explain it would be an out of pocket expense. She then said well she is trained to tell patients. I said okay but she did not ask me anything. I only found out it was done when it was time to leave and was told I had to pay $44. She took my information down to call me back about how to access my online form. It is now Saturday 1/31/26 and I guess she never found anyone that knows how to access it. I was telling one of my coworkers about the whole retinal scan scam this place has. She proceeded to tell me that she went there last year and they did the same thing to her. They don't have to worry about me ever going there again that's for sure. Scamming people out of money is not a good look Update: the patient relations Email that is given is an invalid Email.

My experience was amazing! It didn't take long, Dr Payero was very knowledgeable. Ms. Lisa was very thorough with ordering my glasses and contacts. Everyone was so nice and friendly.

The staff is super friendly and very informative. It was so refreshing to feel well taken care of and treated with such exceptional customer service. I would give this office 1,000 stars if I could. I can't wait to come back.

Lisa was the sweetest. She helped me find a pair of glasses that fit really nice . She was Very kind and respectful. The whole staff here are excellent. I would most definitely recommend coming to this location.<3

Amazing, I found the right pair of glasses it was very hard for me to choose out of two pairs. The staff were very nice and patient to help find me a pair of glasses, I would recommend you coming here! The doctors are amazing, general manager was awesome and all the staff was so pleasurable.
