Ms Kristy treated my daughters and I with so much care and went over and beyond in helping us with repairing two pairs of glasses!!! She was so amazing that I had to give her a hug!!! Unresponsive once established as patient.. only open two days per week. Hard to book an appointment with only a select few options available online to book an appointment under. I've been calling for weeks to come in to replace my kids glasses and have gotten no response at all

My initial reaction was to back out of the appointment. I think the waiting area is a bit dingy, but I decided to get the examination done and then make my decision about a next visit. Getting all the tests and exams done proved to me that Dr. Goetzinger is competent as the online bio indicates. I'm happy I didn't leave. I'd love to see some improvements in the waiting room making it welcoming, giving assurance to newcomers that they're at the right place.
