The staff is amazing. The doctor is very thorough and passionate about the care of your eyes. They got to me quickly so the wait was not long. The prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this office.

I went to this particular eyecare due to they take my insurance I already had a pair of nice glasses that I want to use all I need was the new prescription in them. The eye test went ok , then I ask them for bio focus and anti glare. I pickup my glasses notice the vision not good took them back they said glasses ok that I need to wear them down on my noise I am 69 never wore my glasses like that he said nothing wrong with glasses. I got an old pair that I got last year that works better than what they did . Thank god I had an extra pair. From the day I left there when I went back I felt like the dr did not care about the blurt vision that I was not seeing clear I know eyes change as yu get older but in would love to see clear when I am wearing glasses that us what they are for. Plus I paid out of pocket 350.00 I received a call from the Dr inform me to come back in with my glasses I did go back last week discuss what the problem was and Dr informed me that he will take care of the problem. I pu my glasses today they are good I can see better I appreciate that the Dr redid my glasses I need to see and I am happy with the end results. Everyone was polite and courteous . Dr did a good job of redoing my glasses again I am happy. I redid a 5 star report .

I like the service. The optometrist is very knowledgeable and he did everything to save me some money. I was got to pay over 1K out of pocket today, but he managed to put few more $$$$ in my pocket so I can have food on the table for my family during this Thanksgiving. On top of that the clinic is very clean with welcoming staff. I can't ask for better service today. I will definitely come back. Thanks F & M Eye Care.

They treat their patients like they are liars and completely incompetent when there is an issue. It's very disappointing and upsetting. - When I picked up my glasses, unfortunately I did not inspect them closely enough, because I trusted I would be given my brand new classes in good condition, but I discovered at home that they were damaged. I brought them back as soon as I had time since I cannot fix a stripped screw, only to be told by the doctor and the staff that I was lying and had damaged them myself. I should receive glasses in new condition when I am paying for new glasses. You made a mistake or the screw was faulty, but instead of accepting this, you have called me a liar multiple times now. I don't want anything special, I just want undamaged new glasses which I hope will be ready soon and to be treated with dignity.
