I have been coming here for years and the staff seem to have forgotten their way of how to treat their patients. Christina, one of the staff that examine you before the doctor, does not know how to talk to you especially when you have an eye disease and it's already hard to see enough as is. She also does not ask for consent or properly direct you to move your head a certain way to do her part instead of being rough with doing so herself to get what she needs. This is completely unacceptable and she should not treat a patient in that manner! People come here to receive help and maintain their eye health. Not come here to be mistreated!

Superior customer service, ask for an appointment and got it on the same day, on a Monday at 9:30am wow, can't find that any where now a day, got an eye exam and new glasses on the way, best customer service and professionalism from the staff, everyone should get their vision needs here! go visit this location and find out why your next glasses should come from here.

My experience with the eye clinic is exceptional. Dr Dangerfield is caring and very professional in her work and her patients.

Excellent service. I was seen on my scheduled time and was completed needed service within an hour or less.

The office staff really waste no time getting you in and out. Sometimes you can walking before 10 am and they could fit you in Now they I guess like other offices/ with my Medicare Advantage plan/ will charge 50 dollar fee for a prescription for your glasses -- refraction fee I , my mother and son have always been treated with respect

Dr. Thompson professionalism and knowledge made me feel at ease and was able to understand testing and treatment. I appreciate Dr. Thompson demeanor towards his patients

firstly, I've noticed that the equipment in the clinic appears to be very old and possibly outdated. This has raised concerns about the accuracy and reliability of the tests being performed. Secondly, the nurse who performed my eye examination seemed quite preoccupied with their phone and messages. This distracted behavior made me uncomfortable and concerned about the level of attention and care being provided. Lastly, the doctor I consulted with did not seem competent. I found their information to be inaccurate and not very reassuring.
