Walmart Vision & Glasses

Maria and Ada are the best. They are always helpful and accommodating. They take their time with each individual and it's apparent that they enjoy what they do. The optometrist is a sweetheart. She is just a kind and passionate towards her clients. I appreciate the customer service that they extend to me and my family! I will continue recommend family and friends!

The receptionist seemed to make excuses about me not liking my glasses and wanting to change them. She then stated she would charge my card then return the charge which she did. My new glasses still fits too wide and she stated it's the people who adjusted them I paid over 300 dollars and felt no need to keep going back and forth with returns. I wouldn't recommend if you want quality or reasonable service.

Maria the manager was very attentive and informative about my choices, she also took the time to show her staff how to be of service to other patients like myself in the future i will refer anyone i know to visit this location. It was a great experience to be treated so well.

I had glasses made at this optical and was very well received by the staff, myself and my family do not speak English well and it was such relief to find out that they all spoke Spanish, there. The manager was very informative and patient and the other lady there had such a beautiful smile, it made me feel welcomed, I have told all my friends about this good experience. An I love my glasses.

Mrs Aida is the absolute BEST!!! She's very knowledgeable, very helpful and she is the sweetest person ever. Her personality and genuine concern is amazing If you have to visit this location, please see Mrs. Aida!!!!

My daughter broke her on Friday nite playing with my granddaughter. We went there first thing on Saturday morning. The doctor had to squeeze her in cause she can't see anything without her glasses. I had to help her do every thing even help her to walk. They was so grateful and she got a new pair of glasses and was able to see the doctor the Saturday morning. God is so good. Cause she was able to go to school seeing again and oh the staff was so wonderful from the lady in front to the doctor inside. They all took good care of my daughter and yes I got so many kisses that day cause she could see again. Thanks to a wonderful staff and me praying to GOD above. He hears our prays.

I am so very disappointed in the service I received at this Riverdale Vision Store on last Friday. Very unprofessional and I will not be return until they improve the staff customer service skills nor will my family and friends that live in the area. I called and told them I was running a little late and she told me they was 30mins behind. My appt was at noon and I got there at 12:15pm. The manager had already informed me if the 12:15pm go there first they would take her before me; fine was ok with that. But they also took the 12:30 person that came in after me intentional to be spiteful. When asked why did she out the 12:30 before me. Saraya stated, " that office Manager (Marie or Marlena) told me to do so." When I asked the manager she said she didn't. Saraya then rolled her eyes and nod her head to the office manager while she was standing on the side behind me saying something as if I couldn't see from me side vision. HA- Detecting bull I have no problem with. I told them to cancel my appointment. I wanted to speak with Doctor. I will not be using them again. I waited on the doctor and explained to her of the unprofessionalism of those ladies and bad customer service. I also explain that I will not be getting an exam or returning as a customer. The doctor is great but those two is going to cause her/Walmart to lose business. Just because the majority demographic is black doesn't mean it's ok for those those ladies to mistreat the customers as they have done and should feel ashamed of their behavior. The location was convenient because I work nearby but I have found something near my home in Peachtree City. Hopefully they will get the proper training they so need.
