Roswell Eye Clinic

We have many great experiences at Roswell Eye Clinic. Compared to our previous eye doctor, the wait times are so much better. We are usually in and out in an hour including contact lenses, if we pay for the retinal scan instead of dilation. On our most recent visit, Amari went above and beyond while guiding my teen through the process of inserting and removing contact lenses. It was a challenge, and Amari demonstrated calm patience and kindness. We have seen Dr. Sprouse and Dr. Flanagan, and both are excellent. We are so pleased to have found this practice!

I have been here twice. People are extremely nice and they also remember you. It is a well oiled machine. I came last year for eye exam. I came back this January for the contacts portion. Trying out a different type and definitely love it. The fit and the fast delivery with rebate was a huge plus. Dr. Flanagan is amazing, personable and her knowledge is phenomenal. She has a personality that will make anyone smile. I tend to quite quite nervous at any doctors appointments, but here, it was a breathe of fresh air. Also, I was not pressured to buy or upgrade either which i feared because I have had bad experiences with that before and bought some Mr Magoo glasses that supposedly the style but set me back 50 years ago. I never wore them and was out of money. April helped assist with the contact fitting and she made me laugh immediately when I placed the contacts in because I could instantly see. Definitely my go to place from now on. Thank you.

It was my first time going to Roswell Eye Clinic and Dr. Scott Moscow is absolutely outstanding. He takes the time to really explain everything in detail and genuinely cares about his patients. His professionalism, kindness, and expertise make every visit comfortable and stress-free. The staff is always welcoming, and efficient. Dr. Moscow answered every question with patience and clarity. I wouldn't trust my eyes with anyone else -- highly recommend! Greg Hendrix at Roswell Eye Clinic is phenomenal! He went above and beyond to make sure my glasses fit perfectly and that I was pleased with my lenses. He's incredibly knowledgeable about frame styles and lens options and took the time to help me pick out something that looks great and feels comfortable. You can tell he really loves what he does and cares about each customer. Thanks to Greg, I walked out with glasses I absolutely love. Fantastic service from start to finish!

The staff is great, and the customer service is outstanding. I sent questions three different times through their online form, and each time the staff sent a detailed, helpful email in response within 24 hours. When I purchased new eyeglasses, a specialist named Greg H. helped me choose frames that were perfect. Dr. Ashleigh Sprouse is knowledgeable, friendly, informative and helpful; I already have a follow-up appointment with her for a medical issue. I highly recommend every aspect of this clinic.

I've been going to Roswell eye clinic for at least 7 years or more until about 3 years ago. I've always found the customer service staff to be a little not so friendly as long as you leave them alone and don't ask them for much however the eye doctor was pretty good. After my eye examination I picked out a nice pair of Prada frames. I was excited to pick up my glasses until I saw the cheap soft case that my new glasses came in. I immediately requested a Prada hard shell case. The customer service associate told me that sometimes frames don't come with matching cases. I'm a senior and after driving an hour to pick up my glasses I didn't have the strength to argue about it. Once I arrived home and got settled, I called Roswell Eye Clinic and ask to speak management. Unfortunately, he told me the same thing and he wasn't very sympathetic about it either. He was very rude. I asked why they would showcase designer frames over $500.00 that don't come with the original case. I explained to him that over the years I've purchased many designer glasses and I've always gotten the matching case. I asked if maybe this was an oversight and maybe he could look into it and come up with a resolution. After all a hard shell case would protect my glasses from damage. He told me there was nothing that he could do. So I never went back. I guess I found out who they really were when I had an issue.

Had the opportunity to meet Dr. Flanagan. My appointment with her was excellent and Professional with their latest equipment for eye exams. She explained the tests and what she was looking for. I felt reassured I went to the right office. The office Staff and Techs/Nurses(not sure) but I'll say everyone treats you promptly and respectfully. I was given help in picking out my glasses and detailed information on what my insurance covers(thanks George) and Thanks to everyone at Roswell Eye Clinic

I've had an excellent experience with Roswell Eye Clinic! The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. From check-in to exam, everything was smooth, efficient, and comfortable. The doctors take the time to explain things clearly and never make you feel rushed. The staff made sure my prescription lenses were spot on. It's rare to find a practice that combines great service, advanced technology, and personal attention, but Roswell Eye Clinic truly does. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch eye care!
