I went with my daughter to get her glasses repaired. It was an emergency! She can't see without them. Monica welcomed us in. We told her our situation. Let me tell you she worked miracles. She had me in stitches, her positive attitude was a welcoming experience. She was also informative with the questions I had asked. Extremely satisfied with her customer service.

Was disorganized for signing in, and staff did not seem well informed. Struggled to locate common insurance and asked "Can you read that to me?" because she said she can't read the ID card off a standard cell phone screen.
Just my opinion, but not a good sign to get an eye exam from a nurse / optometrist that doesn't have good vision (or corrective vision)...
So I walked out and went down the street to America's Best Contact & Eyeglasses... took me 15 minutes to get an appt and they located my insurance in 30 seconds.
I would not recommend Walmart optometry. Walmart is good for low cost goods... not for eye care.

I'm very disappointed with the lack of care in this office. My contact fell out and when I went to order more, I was told my prescription had expired. I couldn't get an appointment for several days and explained that I couldn't see well enough to drive safely until then. I went in person and asked for single trial lens until my appointment, and was told the optometrist was at lunch and I had to wait for her approval. I waited and upon her return, she sent a staff member out to tell me she couldn't give me a trial lens because my prescription had expired and had zero concern I would be unable to see four days until they could fit me. This lack of concern for their patient's care is unacceptable.

Better staffing would be a game changer . The current staff have no customer service skills and are very unbothered by wanting to help. They give blunt and rude answers as if they aren't interested in what you came in for which is very disappointing because it's their job to treat customers well
