I have had issues with my eyes in the past that no previous doctor figured out and Dr. Moscow identified and fixed the issue in no time at all. Thankfully, found Roswell Eye Clinic after trying a handful of other places locally over the last few years. Wish we'd found them sooner! Great service from all the staff on the medical side and in the billing team too (which, is not always common!) They are super responsive to questions, and have had good appointment availability when I needed care beyond just my routine check up. They were also patient and supportive with lots of sample pairs of lenses and repeat visits when I was trying to get fit for contacts as that has always been a challenge for my eyes. And, my family loves Megan in the frames shop. She is SO knowledgeable about insurance coverage, clear in how she explains the pricing, and honest about if a frame is flattering on you. On top of that, she is *meticulous* about adjusting the fit of your glasses so they are just right. Happy to be a patient here :-)

I've been to the Roswell Eye Clinic twice this month. Each time all personnel have been very professional and accommondating. There is one staff member that has stood out and her name is, Sydney. This young lady is so pleasant and always with a smile on her face. What a delight. She's a great asset to this profession and to Roswell Eye Clinic!
