The staff and Dr. Shida are top notch, friendly and professional. Dr. Shida doesn't rush through the appointment. He takes time with his patients to provide the best possible care. The office is clean and conveniently located with free parking. I highly recommend Eye1st Vision Center.

amazing experience with this office and wanted to highlight a few people who truly went above and beyond. Taylor and Naja provided excellent customer service over the phone. they were patient, friendly, and made sure all my questions were answered without making me feel rushed.
The tech, Steven, is always incredibly helpful. He explains everything clearly and makes every visit smooth and comfortable.
Dr. Shida also deserves a special shout-out for taking his time to make sure my prescription was exactly right. His attention to detail really made a difference in my vision.
My contacts ended up arriving later than expected, but Emma stepped in right away and helped me find a solution in the meantime. She made sure I wasn't left without options and handled everything with kindness and efficiency.
Overall, the team is professional, caring, and truly committed to their patients. Highly recommend!

This is my second year going to Eye 1st Vision center, and based on my experience both times, especially today, I give my highest recommendation. Frankly, I was a wee bit late to the appointment and had not yet completed my paperwork, but they still accommodated me. Each step in the intake process was well explained and made me comfortable, which I emphasize because some of the technology is new. I felt cared for and listened to throughout the appointment. Most importantly, my drive home was much clearer and crisper than my drive to the appointment. They improved my vision!

From start to finish they check all the boxes. The Dr spent a long time explaining her findings and recommendations. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They worked with me to accommodate budget, they have their own lab on-site. So those treasured frames can be used without breaking the bank. If I could give them a 10 I would.
