Dr. Wallace and her staff at the Sandy Spring location, were great during the entire experience with my mother. My mother has dementia which is quite challenging at times especially, during an office visit. The staff was very accommodating by being extremely patient, taking more time to explain all the eye tests, and making sure that her wheel chair would be able to have enough space in each area.

I had a great experience with Thomas Eye Group. The onboarding process was smooth, well organized, and efficient, which made the visit stress-free from the moment I arrived. The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly focused on patient care. The treatment itself was handled efficiently without feeling rushed, and everything was explained clearly along the way. Overall, a very well-run practice that values both efficiency and quality care.

Process of checking in is great. Wait times were minimal. All of the staff and technicians were very nice, and answered all of my questions professionally. Dr. Kenneth Neufeld was very nice. Came in the room with a smile and asked me to tell him why I was there today. I talked, he listened and came up with a plan. Very likable and knowledgeable doctor. I look forward to having him by my side during surgery. Brittany went over all pre-op details and explained everything and answered all of my questions. Most impressed!

Great experience here. I have sent several patients to get a blepharoplasty with Dr Neufeld and they all are thrilled with him and their results. He is great with a very natural and normal result. Just shaving off 10years of eye aging. I also have done Botox and BBL laser treatments myself with Rhonda his nurse and aesthetician. She is amazing and really has a lot of experience. Completely satisfied!!

The doctor and techs were great. It's still to early to judge the outcome but so far so good. If I could pick one thing that I think that needs improvement it would be communication with the patient before and after the procedures. The only thing I was told was when to show up. I wasn't told that I would need a driver after the procedure. It is very difficult to get in touch to ask questions because the response I got was : "someone would get back to you in 24 to 48 hours." I think the practice should be a little more receptive to the needs of the patients.

We have seen 3 different retinologists in the last year. Our last appointment was with Dr. Sunir Joshi. He was very personable and took a lot of time reviewing the file and listening to my mother's concerns. He gave her the required injection while also noting other health concerns. He was treating the whole patient!! The other doctors, while competent, had scheduling issues. It is normal to wait 2-3 hours and appointments have been cancelled 3 times in the last few months.

Going to this location is like starting pre-k all over again. Not much help, exploring the facility trying to work my way through getting what I need to get in and get out. I didn't know I had to sign 2 screens. One for registration and then another screen after being seen by the doctor needs to be signed just to get glasses and contacts. Not to mention, the eyeglasses and contacts section are separate. You have to see more than 1 person in separate areas if you want eyeglasses and contact lenses. Not only that their credit card system was down and I was told I would get a call. I got a call the next morning being told they were ready to take my payment over the phone. I provided my card info just for it to decline. She then tells me she will call someone else to see if the card system will do the same thing and it did. She called me back almost 2 hours later telling me that they have a new way of processing now. Wow! I just told her I will go ahead and look elsewhere for my glasses and I told her I will call them back if this plan fails. I ordered them from somewhere else because I like to pay right then and there and not be called the next day due to their card processing issues. The longer this place has card processing issues, the longer the patient has to wait for their orders. It's unacceptable to have patients wait to get their orders pushed through just because yalls location is having credit card issues. Never again will I visit this place, just wow!

Very quick/efficient check-in and beautiful office. They took me back before my appointment time. Rhonda and staff very friendly and knowledgeable of laser treatments. And I'm thankful I saw Dr. Neufeld, as he gave me a good dose of honesty and steered me in another direction. So, thank you so much for that!
