Their mistakes are YOUR problem. Buyer beware. Visited Thomas Eye Group March 4th. Had a great visit with Dr Mellom, always provides excellent, informative service. Everything was going well, until his staff broke my glasses. After the exam, I was selecting glasses and the staff member helping me asked to see my existing pair when i mentioned i wanted another pair like them. He was taking a look at them - he thought the lense was not aligned with the frame so he took it upon himself to try to adjust it with his hands. He put too much pressure on them, and before i could do anything they snapped, frame was broken. He told the manager, Katy, she did not even bother to come and speak with me. Instead she stayed in the back office, hoping I would accept a 20% discount towards the purchase of a new pair of glasses (~ $40) and just leave. When she did come over to speak with me, she told me that she has already spoken to her supervisor and they were aligned in the fact that they would not replace eyeglasses that they broke (they should not have been altering them in the first place). Their defense for breaking my glasses: "Well they seemed old" "Well you were here for a new pair anyways" Their corporate office has not answered my calls. Their office was not willing to replace what was broken - did not even offer a replacement, so I wouldn't leave their office without glasses (how am i supposed to drive home?). If you decide to patronage them anyways, don't say i didn't warn you. Try giving their corporate office a call and see how that goes for you, just so you can get an idea of how your complaints will be completed ignored. March 4th Appointment, March 6th Not even a response from their company despite breaking my only pair of glasses... I've been to their office before, and probably would have kept going for the next 10+ years, i also have relatives that go there. I've bought glasses there before and would have likely bought another 4 pairs in that span of time. It's really unacceptable to treat clients so poorly while also destroying your company by not understanding the lifetime value of clients and basic customer service.

I had an excellent experience at my eye exam. The doctor was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The staff was friendly, efficient, funny, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine care for my eye health. Highly recommend Thomas Eye Group to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

So many great things to say about my experience at Thomas Eye Group! I've been seeing Dr. Winston for a few years now and she's exceptional. Recently saw her at the Sandy Springs location and LOVED it. So thorough. Made me feel confident in wearing contacts. Great care and the whole team is amazing, including Elijah the kindest tech!!

I'd like to commend the entire staff at Thomas Eye Group. Monday, 2/9/26 was my first visit so I was skeptical. Customer service was top notch from start to finish. Dr Mellom was very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. This staff actually cares about their customers. I'll definitely be sending referrals.I treated them to pizza for lunch the next day. Thank you TEG for taking good care of me. You rock!

Dr. Mellon is awesome. Always gives great advice. Very knowledgeable, personable and doesn't rush you and also doesn't draw things out. A very healthy visit balance which I very much appreciate. Bridgette helped with our glasses and she is AMAZING!!!! She help my child pick the best frames for their face and didn't rush him through the process. I love this practice. It has always been amazing service from all of the staff.

This was my 3rd annual eye exam at Thomas Eye Group City Springs. I definitely recommend them. From the ease of scheduling an appointment on-line, to the quick check-in process, to the tech Elijah, and to Dr. Gottlieb, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Then, finally, the optician Lynn was a pro at finding the right glasses to suit my face and my needs. I felt that all members of the team were polite, friendly, and professional, and most importantly, attentive to my expressed wants and needs. The icing on the cake is the convenience of the location and free parking.

This was my first experience at this location, both for me and my son. We both had an awesome experience at this Thomas Eye Group's location. Their customer service was second to none. From you entered the office until you leave, everyone including the doctor was exceptional!! They all were very personable and empathetic. I will be going back to this location.

Every staff member was extremely kind and welcoming. While my spouse and I went in for our checkup, the staff thoughtfully took care of my child. They handled him very gently, provided a drawing book, and kept him happily engaged the entire time. From the doctor to the front-desk staff, everyone was truly amazing. This level of care and kindness made our visit a wonderful experience.
